Terrible! We had to call to get a picture set for our child as they failed to get a good one" and said our 1.5 year old refused to be photographed. Clearly no effort from the photographer to engage the kids or help them feel comfortable being photographed. To not even produce a candid photo of our child who attends almost full time (so they had 4 days to try and capture at least one picture of her) doesn't feel right

Good priced packages and discounts when you buy various options. Buying multiple items ends up being cheaper than buying just one package with their discounts. Digital downloads are instantly received after payment. Looking forward to see the printed copies of collages and portraits. Lovely ideas for the photos. Easy to navigate website but once you do a collage and put it in cart you cannot edit it. If you decided to change anything you have to redo everything which was very disappointing for their website That could be improved. Recommended

They took sibling shots with a blue tarp as the background. A blue tarp. My children's photos have a blue construction tarp as the background. It's a joke.

Yer no the person who answers the phone sounds like she cant be bothered not sure why they hire these people if they have no peoples skills doesnt go out of her way to make a paying customers happy and they aint cheap either
