Unique Party Hire

Terrible service and rude staff.Unique Party Hire left us hanging until the day of our function. The only reason we got our tables delivered on the day, was because my husband decided to go to the shop and ask them what was happening with the delivery which was meant to take place the day before.I received a call from the owner today requesting the final payment, when I tried to give her the feedback of how disappointed we were with them, she wasn't interested in it but was only after the money.We are never going to place any future orders with Unique Party Hire and I wouldn't recommend to anyone else who had a function.

Don't bother doing business with them. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. What a waste of my time!

Would not think twice about using Unique Party Hire again. Not only did we get the Chanel Chairs in immaculate condition, the staff went out of their way to help set up the venue. We couldn't believe the kindness and professionalism that was presented to us. You have gained a loyal customer Unique Party Hire. Thank You!!!

Absolutely no problems on the day itself, the chairs arrived on time and everything was set up. Admin could be a bit more organised / responsive prior to the event however.

Service provided to us by these lovely people last week. All businesses make mistakes, and this one did their best to correct that which I respect them for. Thank you

booked 3 tables and 18 chairs for Xmas dayI was told the only detail needed was my mobile numberwhen I went to collect them today 23rd Dec not only was I told there was no record of my booking but they didn't have enough chairs and tables to meet the orders they already had ???What a fiasco - wonder how long they will be in business

Hired a Marquee & variety of other equipment from Unique Party Hire last weekend, looked absolutely beautiful.. Received lots of compliments from family & friends. Will definitely be coming back and have been recommending you to everyone. Thank you so much again!

Would give them 0 stars if I could - DO NOT use this company. Say they are open on Saturday, placed order - no one in sight. Phone message says we will ring you back - NEVER did. How can they be operating. Have had to race around the day of a celebration to source replacement. Appalling

Unique, or more appropriately, Uneeek! were extraordinarily difficult to deal with and extremely unreliable - making our event a truly unforgettable experience! We certainly will not be recommending their services" to anyone!"
