I am absolutely sick of Kmart as a whole. The dramas I am having to resolve nearly every weekend on my days off is not acceptable.I moved into a new house and I have been buying things for my home. Today I just wanted to replace a broken fan that I only opened today to find out it was broken. When I waited for 5 minutes to be served with nobody around I was told I had to be in line, I asked where and she said there were two lines. It was very clear that there was only a line for the other girl and she expected me to take 2 steps over just to be served by her as nobody was waiting. I went to the section where you pay for your items and asked to replace it. The young man told me to go back and try again and if I have more problems then he will call a manager.I shouldnt have to be subject to bullying behaviour and have to fight for service. I have done nothing wrong. If anyone actually gave me the time of day they would see that I had my receipt and was doing nothing wrong.

Some old worker kept following me and my black friends and he would stop following us and staring at us. He told us to get out because we looked suspicious because we were black! Black lives matter! No racism!!

Me and my friends went to do some shopping today and a security guard tailed us around for over 40 minutes. We left and came back a few times(feeling uncomfortable) and every time he would continuously follow us, not even bothering to be discreet. Seriously, every time we moved he would move with us until we were out the door.My friend and I went back after everyone else left to do some last minute shopping and he asked us to leave our SHOPPING bags at the door.Later on deciding to report him to customer service, we went back to ask his name — TO WHICH he REFUSED to give us it and said I am not speaking to you". Then proceeded to walk away from the store and surprisingly no longer bother us. Not to mention the fact there had been report made from other teenage girls of him tailing them continuously."

I went into Kmart Helensvale at least 3 weeks ago to have my disposable film developed which I was told would take up to 2 weeks. I requested hard copies as well as the USB copies to which I couldn’t be given even an estimated price.After all of this waiting and calling with no response or follow up I finally went in to see what was up and I was greeted with a rude older woman who informed me they were out of USB’s and when I asked if it would take more than a couple more weeks she shunted me off and said yes.I just wish they weren’t so rude and maybe offered me an alternative to this because at other places you can get your film back in less than a week.

Kmart always has great deals. Clothing, homeware, technology and toys for kids and the big kids. The customer service has always been really good. Staff are all knowledgeable and able to point you in the right direction to save you time searching the store. It is kept really clean and the prices are always really affordable. Worth checking out for some deals. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service from the staff member I spoke to this afternoon at the photo desk. I know it can be difficult and a bit soul destroying dealing with the public so when you get treated really well by a staff member who probably gets paid less then she is worth it's always a bit mind blowing.
