I have been shopping here for many years. It is a lovely, well presented shop and the staff have always been friendly, helpful and efficient. The business owner is extremely knowledgeable and she stocks a great range of quality products. I have always been made to feel valued as a customer and staff always take the time to ensure I leave satisfied with my purchases. I would not shop anywhere else. Sarah Lyn is the only shop in Darwin that stocks bras that fit me correctly. Denise has been fitting me since I was a teenager (15yrs ago!) and goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy and comfortable. The manager, Vivienne, is also lovely and very helpful! The shop is always cool, clean, and well presented. Thanks ladies.

This place was recommended to me back in 2015, so I went along and experienced good service with the advice on buying a well-fitting bra. The second time (2019) bought a dress, jacket and top.Went back last week….hmmm. The woman serving me forgot my name twice, left me in the dressing room for at least 10 minutes and then kept calling me dear ….OK so you forgot my name again.When I decided to buy the bra, I stood there for another 5 minutes when the owner (Vivyan?) deigned to acknowledge my presence and asked was I going to purchase. Now I know I’ve got grey hair so I’m not regarded as important, but sorry I won’t be back. Best ordering online ladies or going to the excellent bras n things at Casuarina or Gateway

Today I met the owner of this shop and all I can say is I would NEVER purchase anything from this woman. Rude customer service! The other lady that worked there was really nice and wanted to help me but I walked out. The only reason I gave two stars was the worker there. It's all in the TONE of how you speak to customers!! I mean, to look at me sideways and say you wear bras and nickers don't you!" At least there is one nice lady in that shop!"

After buying a bra at home which fitted awful and the underwire pushed through, I found Sarah Lyn after a google search.We are travelling Australia so a comfy bra is very much needed.Vivianne was incredible. I chose a few styles I liked and she helped by expertly fitting me and adding some styles to my collection in the change room, which I may also of liked. Thank you so much for your help. When I first went in, I was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the ladies working in the shop. Denise (I think her name was) was great in fitting me out, if not a bit forgetful (she must have asked my name at least a dozen times) and pushy. I ended up leaving with three bras that I was really happy with, albeit nearly $500 later.Four months later, one of the bras I purchased starts to fall apart despite normal use. As per Denise's promise when I initially purchased, I phoned the shop (I live 1000km from Darwin) to request the information on the bras I had bought so I could purchase more. The first woman who answered the phone rudely told me they were too busy to assist me and that someone would call me back. After that didn't happen, I phoned back several hours later and got yet another rude woman who acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking these questions and she told me she couldn't help me because their system is down." I said fine

Sarah Lyn has been my go to for years now. I love that regardless of the occasion Vivienne and the team always find the perfect dress for my shape. Their bra range is the largest in the Territory and it so nice to have a physical store stocking beautiful items that are constantly being updated (I'm a regular!) Lol.
