Late dinner so it was quiet basically know one around. Decided to go in instead of drive thru. Wasn't happy with the chicken very dry & hardly any chicken on our family box...next time will be ordering the wicked wings only.Service was good. I had lost my bank card and the guy was very patient with me.

Very poor. Chicken was undercooked and still pink. Not every piece but most of them. They were also very oily (even for KFC) I'm assuming because the oil wasn't hot enough?Very frustrating because we ordered fast food not because we are lazy but because we didn't have enough time to cook something ourselves. Now I will have to go to bed hungry because I don't have time to get anything else. I won't be wasting my money here again

Ordered $70 worth of food. Had less than half of my meal. 1 large box of chips instead of 2. 1 large drink instead of two. No large potato and gravy like I ordered. As well as the chips I did get they were soggy and that wasn’t even full. Missing 2 original pieces of chicken as well. So disappointed

EDIT: DESPITE KFC COMMENTING THAT THEY WOULD CONTACT ME IN REGARDS TO THIS REVIEW, THEY HAVE NOT. BETHANIA STORE IS STILL TERRIBLE WITH HYGIENE.1:36PM 4/01/2021Food was good. Fresh, hot. The wait for the meal wasn't too bad. Within 10 minutes of ordering we had our order. It took 10 minutes for us to be served. The staff are clearly run off their feet and their attitudes reflect that. No napkins or hand wipes were available. No hand sanitiser. We stood at the counter to ask for napkins and were ignored.But my biggest grievance is how dirty the store is. Tables were not wiped down and the floor hasn't been cleaned. The bathrooms were just as dirty and the tap water pressure is so high you get splashed when attempting to wash your hands.This is a brand new store and we're in the middle of a pandemic. Cleanliness should be top priority.

Poor service. You have to ask to be served at the register otherwise you just end up standing there feeling like the village leper. They know you’re waiting to order, they just couldn’t care less. When you do manage to convince one of the staff to serve you they only do so reluctantly. There are other, better, stores than this horror show.

I didn't possibly think that a store could be slower then the Beenleigh store. But here I am. Waiting over 25 minutes for my 'fast food' order of what should be a basic thing to do for kfc

My husband ordered 10 packs wicked wings tonight at 8pm and when he got home it was a wrong order. We live 15 mins away and could not drive back at this time of night. Tried to ring you but no one answered. We would like to know how we could get our money back.

Every time we order our food from DoorDash. We are GARRENTEED to be missing something. Sometimes a WHOLE order !. Disgraceful! People work hard to spend money at this place. And the workers that work here, don’t seem to care to ensure the orders are correct before being delivered!. Never again and I hope the workers get paid short. So they know how it feels to be ripped off !

Feel like chicken tonight....no arrive at 5pm to be told no hot and spicy and it least 15 minutes wait for original. My last order from there was dry and horrible but thought I would give it another try thinking that at 5pm chicken would be hot and fresh.

Absolutely one of the worse kfc I've ever eaten, food was so oily it fell through the box the staff were swearing out back even on the window were u collect food from the guy was vaping people were walking out as the service was slow , the food was too oily an hearing the antics from the kitchen every1 was disgusted
