Guys did a good job in timely manner. Professional to deal and a great price. Moved all my stuff from Sydney to Perth. Got over in just under 3 weeks. I’d definitely use them again.

Delivery on the 16th of FebruaryDamaged my $6000 dining table.Completely snapped my bed head frame.. which I was told would be repaired and not delivered until 'Tuesday/Wednesday' its now the 15th of march and they haven't even started repairing it yet!!!!!!Nothing gets padded protected properly!!!!Avoid!!!!!

Shipped my furniture from east to west coast. I was assured they were professional. Upon receiving my items there was damage to a fridge and TV both of which were fairly new. Screen had clearly been handled and broken.The manager told me that they would not rectify the damage. I was hugely let down. Not what you would expect from a 'professional service'. New TV cost me 4K . So I feel this review is more than justified and fair.

The team did a great job with our move. They were careful with furniture and it all arrived perfectly. The after sale service was also second to none. Hayden sorted my requests politely and so quickly! Very happy to recommend.

Very disappointed that all of the house was NOT packed into the container!TV and 2nd computer monitor left behind ( packing up the house removalists said that they couldn't take as they weren't wrapped) isn't that what there are packing rugs for?Plus a full sedan of various items, vacuum cleaner, large plastic basket of kitchen items, gas heater, and smaller boxes. The guys that unpacked the contents of the container could not believe that the TV ect wasn't packed and loaded,plus there was no notification of delivery time and day. Have unstacked boxes to a single height at this end, from three high, these were on their sides and damaged, are they not designed to be stronger when stacked on top of each other, furniture chips, dent on sides of the fridge.Not impressed.Should you choose to use this Removalists, make sure that you get insurance!Photos are of items left behind by packing crew from various rooms, and photos of stacking of boxes into my shed by delivery crew. We're they packed like that as well? I think so.

Used Crusaders to move from Perth to Brisbane and will definetly use them again next move.Easy to deal with and very flexible with moving dates. The guys picking up and dropping off at both ends were friendly fast and professional. Two thumbs up.

I would like to thank Shannon, Gavin and Roy for the excellent service and helping make my move at very short notice easy. They kept me informed as to what they were able to assist with on the day. Arrived at the time booked. I had a very messy and difficult situation with my move and they assisted me with all aspects of the move. Reassuring me all the way. Highly recommend this company. Never had this level of service.

We moved interstate with Crusader Removals and the entire process, from requesting a quote, providing advice/information to the delivery of our belongings was incredibly smooth. Made what could have been a challenging experience very manageable.

Pk and Jay bought our two containers after a very difficult morning with the trailers, which put them behind time They worked like Trojans and showed professionalism on behalf of there company. They interacted with us and even though the day was difficult on all there were no complaints from these guys. Thankyou for doing your job and making it a pleasant experience for us, you guys are worth your weight in gold and cartons.
