Mekha was so lovely and personable.I had my brows threaded and henna tinted.Highly recommend and was seen straight away.Affordable and my brows look amazing xx

Good eyebrow thread but falsely advertised saying that for $19 you get a threading and a massage. There was no massage and when I asked about it she said it was when she put aloe vera cream on my eyebrows with a tissue, but that is not a massage!!

Staff did not listen and completely thinned out my eyebrows when I asked for them just to remove stray hairs. Awful service - do not get eyebrows done here.

I have been to this ‘salon’ twice and both times I left unimpressed. Sadly, today I phoned to confirm my appointment and the lady couldn’t tell me what time do I attended at my original time (as written in my diary). When I arrived the lady said I didn’t have an appointment - the lady didn’t even have the diary with the daily appointments. Unfortunately this happened on my last appointment as well. Such a disappointing experience. The bed was covered with dirty linen and the floor had dirty dye-stained cotton buds everywhere! I won’t go back!

Very poor customer service. I visited the business twice in a row, and both times the same girl was sitting in the store alone. When I asked for eye brow threading, she continued claiming that there was an appointment scheduled for the next 20 to 25 minutes, but there was no one in the shop.This incident was happened on27/01/23 around 4:10pm -4:30pmAnd 28/1/23 around 2:30-2:40pm

first time getting my eyebrows done professionally and zero regretssuper quick, incredible results and couldn't be happierthere's a 5 sessions and get 1 free so i'll def be back regularly

Mehak does an amazing job on my brows, I highly recommend her! This is one of my favourite places to visit and I've visited many difference places around Brisbane! I go to this place for all my brow threading sessions now.
