Waited for 20 minutes in the drive through as when we drove up it said ‘hi it’s Stacey, can you wait one moment please’ we heard this twice and still nothing …20 mins later we got told they had closed, but couldn’t just inform us of this as soon as we arrived. We drove through drive through and couldn’t get out as they had put their delivery batch’s of KFC delivery food in the drive through section, and we couldn’t reverse out…Waste of our times, do not recommend visiting this KFC.

Waited 30 minutes for my order after ordering on the app, I was told they had to cook the chicken to finish off the box meals i ordered, the chicken was not cooked properly after receiving our meals, actually it was un eatable, i want the owner of this KFC branch to contact me for a refund before i contact head office......

A typical KFC store that is located within BP petrol station at Nambucca Heads, New South Wales. It was busy when we visited between Christmas and New Year but it was very quite today.Customer service was ok and we did not have to wait long time for the food but we are not satisfied with quality of the food.

The food took a while to come, it was late at night. The young lady who was on front counter was lazing on the counter and her uniform was not up to the standards of KFC.Yes it was late, but the worker should take pride for her work or at least how she presents herself to the customere.

I have ordered twice from here recently while traveling up and down the coast. Both times I was served by William and I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this gentlemen and the food. The service and chicken have been outstanding both times. Best KFC in NSW!

Service seemed uninterested at best. Ordered a Zinger Box. Received chicken wings instead of boneless spicy chicken, and burger had a original fillet instead of Zinger fillet. Frustrating they cant get simple order right.

Usual KFC menu but what sets KFC @ Nambucca Service Centre a part from it's next door neighboring fast food outlet McD is the level of service.They have NO self service booths they serve you personally.At times they are slow in coming to the counter but on my last few visits that hasn't happened.Once served the order comes quickly.
