He gave me a phone call to let me know that he had found ink for our printers for the Medical Centre even though we weren't there clients. There customer service was also very helpful, they tried there very best to help me find what i was looking for and never gave up. They even organised the ink to be sent to us by courier and we received it a day later no charge. Due to there excellent service I have now switch over to there company to buy ink directly from them.
