Worst customer service experience. Do not buy their products for your own sake. Called them, made me wait 1 hr and nobody answered. Never buying their products again. Bought a blender and rice cooker and a slow cooker, was a mistake.

SAFETY WARNING! I called today to notify them of a problem with my recently purchased toaster. The 2 slice device purchased in December 22 tripped my home earth leakage cut out switch after about two weeks use. The retailer swopped with a new toaster only to have this one also trip the cut out within a similar time. I spoke to Aden at customer services who whilst pleasant wasn't able to assist other than to say he would draw it to the attention of QA. Two identical problems from the same retailer within 2 months might point to a potential serious safety problem within a given production batch. Their QA fault tracking process appears to be inadequate.

If I could give no stars I would have.I purchased a kambrook electric frypan around 3 years ago and I have always had trouble with the control switch. Then a few weeks ago the switch zapped me as I tried to turn it up at the same time it made a loud band and flash next thing my arm chest and shoulder felt on fire then I collapsed. Ambulance was called went to hospital to be told I was electrocuted. Contacted Kambrook told to send it back. I did only to be told it was 20 years old and yes the wires were blown but as the casing was intact I couldnt have been electrocuted (REALLY) I purchased this on special at big w along with 2 others for a gift prior to this I had a sunbeam which lasted me for years with no problems. They are now sending it back. I am writing this as a warning. Did they think I wanted compensation..I wanted them to acknowledge the problem. This was not 20 years old it was 3 years old. Ambulance + doctor saw how I was my whole left side was red and flushed and I could as well as Dr could smell my skin burning. It was an insult after what I went through to tell me I couldnt have been electrocuted!!!!!!!

I recently bought a Kambrook kettle - the BPA Free model @ $29.95. It boils water and automatically cuts out .However, the spout always drips after pouring. Very poor design. Won't but Kambrook again.
