Purchased a 3-phase type2 to type2 for my car, couldn't be an easier process. Checkout confirmation within minutes, not long after an email saying my order was processed, then an email saying it had been sent an hour later. The cable arrived 24hrs later and it is superb quality, couldn't be happier, cant wait to use it.

They offered great service. I am really appreciated. i bought a type 2 charge station but unfortunately electrian came and found just too difficult to install in my property due to my powerboard is too far from my garage. i took it back, Ben listened and fully understood my concern and fully refund to me. Charging cable faulty - it is a “known issue that their cables don’t work for Tesla model Y” yet they still willing to sell it as advertised on their website for all models.Response to EVSE -Claudia is my wife who inadvertently wrote a review at the same time as me on behalf our my father in law as we were incredibly disappointed with the way you handled the situation, given we were the ones who highly recommended EVSE to him. We have products from EVSE for our model 3 and are very happy with them so we have no doubt about the good reviews so far. However in this recent situation, you have told my father in law the charger you sold him has known issues with the model Y and your solution was to tell him to go back to Tesla whilst refusing him a refund for a product that does not work as per described.

The EV charger (Ocular LTE Plus) I was sold was faulty. Be warned that their warranty terms specifically do NOT cover installation costs for a replacement.In all fairness to the business, their service has otherwise been adequate. Caveat emptor.Addit, in response to below: Ocular have offered partial (<50%) compensation for install costs. EVSE explicitly refused any compensation when I asked. The electrician I used is actually the one contracted for one of their competitors, I don't see that his work should be an issue.

Great service from EVSE not only on their products for EV but also installation. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. LTE PLUS is a smart app product and user friendly.

Definitely the most helpful people you can find in the industry. I walked in not knowing what to buy for my MG and was pleasantly surprised with the information that Ben gave me! Even congratulating me on my new car purchase! Would recommend to any new EV buyer.

I highly recommend the Product Electric Vehicle Home charger Ocular IQ 7Kw Single phase and the customer service of EVSE Australia. I had an excellent experience of their customer service, as when I bought the home charger, it was not in stock, but on my request when they received the stock, they sent it by overnight courier at no extra charge to me. They even got their electrician Jeffery to do the installation. The customer services provided by Mr Minh were above my expectations and I highly recommend him. Jeffery did an excellent installation job, very professional and good. Highly knowledgeable and professional.The product Ocular IQ is fantastic, I have seen few other brands with my friends, but I am very glad that I got this Ocular IQ. Packed with lot of features and very good value for money. I have been using it for more than 2 months and it has been superb. I wanted to write this review to thank the team and for readers to benefit from this review for help in deciding which Home EV charger to buy.
