Poor customer service, refuse to do the price match even other shop saying they have stock online and the manager said different store has different policy so their policy is not what they advertised

I needed some guidance when in store and Sonja came to the rescue. She was so knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I loved that she didn’t rush me and helped with all of my queries. Such a great experience and Sonja is such a great asset to Chemist Warehouse

I’d give them a zero star if I could. Store is always a mess and they’re the only chemist warehouse that make it difficult to price match.

This branch is so small and the cosmetic products are limited in variety. The staff is not supportive/helpful they ignore the customer.

I came into the store to buy a behind the counter prepacked bioceuticals product and I asked for the 120 tablets but received the 60 tablets bottle. I did not know this as I was not informed they did not have the 120 tab bottle and it went straight into a ziplock red bag until I handed it over at checkout. I wanted to exchange it for the 120tab one but I was not allowed too even though I had the reciept. For me to purchase 120tabs it will cost me an additional $25, than if I had of just got the 120 in the first place. This mistake of the attendant and lack of understanding and compassion from the staff has meant I have had to go with out the medication. Extremely poor service.

My review focusses on one of the pharmacists who today had the inconvenient task of having to take my script because they were so busy. Probably not used to dealing with human beings she was dismissive, abrupt and shown no compassion whatsoever. Just stick to mixing and boxing in the future and leave customer service to your other friendly employees. Quite frankly I'd rather wait another 5 minutes than have you serve me with your horrible attitude and take my script ever again.

Rude staff, poor customer service.I do lot of shopping from them but they were so rude and prompt to deny the exchange of perfume sealed and unpacked which I bought 2 days before.Not happy with the way I was dealt , felt I was just used like a money extracting machine .They started showing me a policy which states that no refund or exchange on perfumes but this one was for someone special.They turned down my request & I felt so so bad.Exceptionally pathetic service of low quality !!
