The best decision of our lives was calling The Wedding Collaborator after we got engaged!I can't possibly begin to describe how amazing Fiona is from The Wedding Collaborator. From our first meeting, she went above and beyond with everything to help us plan and manage our wedding.Fiona is someone who works tirelessly for her clients. She worked around our busy schedules and accompanied us to every appointment to help guide us through this process.Most importantly, she helped us plan our vision and didn't try push us into anything we weren't comfortable with. It was such a fantastic experience to have such a professional, fun person on our side to help with everything and anything.She has a rolodex of top-quality vendors for everything you need. If you don't like one, she has another five ready to go as alternatives straight away!On the day, Fiona was flawless. There was not a single hiccup and that is only due to her extensive, thoroughly-detailed planning. It made the day relaxing and fun for us and all our guests, and we were so thankful we had her with us.Fiona is kind, thoughtful, understanding and patient. She is more than a wedding planner - she is truly invested in your day and we look at her as a dear friend now.I can't begin to describe how brilliant Fiona is at this. I was fortunate to have Fiona available to assist with my wedding coordination in March 2020. Fiona was a life-saver! Although I had booked in a lot of suppliers myself, Fiona was able to step in with ease to finalize and guide everyone for a seamless outcome on the day. She is diligent, patient, knowledgeable and understanding and you can’t be in better hands. Fiona has great supplier relationships and can recommend great services if you need that advice. Fiona took all the stress away so I was free to really enjoy my wedding day, I can’t recommend her services highly enough.

I can't recommend Fiona highly enough. She helped with the planning of our wedding and thought of details we hadn't considered, helped put contingency plans in place for wet weather, and liaised with all our vendors and was the point of contact on he day. It was such a relief to have someone on hand I could trust and rely on to make sure everything ran smoothly. I would give her 6 stars if I could!!

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Fiona as a vendor at a wedding she was coordinating in May 2021.
