Waterloo Bay Tourist Park
A great stopover. Grassed sites, well equipped camp kitchens, good showers, and even a jumping pillow for the kids. The park is ideally situated in town and just a short walk to the beach, the pub, and all other shops and amenities. This is a recommended place to stay.

A really lovely clean caravan park , big grassy site with a double slab. Perfect location to walk to bakery, pub and beaches. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay very relaxing.

We had a lovely stay here. Super friendly & helpful at check in. Had a lovely shaded site sheltered from any ocean winds, showers were awesome. Would stay again.

A wonderful hidden gem. Maryanne & staff were welcoming, amenities clean, position great. Walk to store, pub & beach. Only thing, need to trim some overhanging tree branches other than that, no complaints.

Waterloo Bay Tourist Park
Having travelled from Queensland over many many years to visit we have nothing but praise for the professional and friendly staff at this park. The current owners have been there for over 18 years. We witnessed the eviction which was totally justified. Michael does not consume alcohol (ever). You can be guaranteed a peaceful stay at this park with responsible dog owners.

Jump out of your Time Machine back into the 1980s and step into your deluxe ocean view cabin. Rundown with a couple dead flies in the sink to greet us on arrival. Few cobwebs and mouse droppings to let us know we’re in nature. Needs to be modernized, maybe there’s a talented photographer who lives in Eliston that can do some prints to replace the creepy lace heart rose painting. Oh wait! There is, SA Rips.Looked like a great place to have a caravan though. Ice cream in the office which was a plus too. Loved the view and the peaceful morning.

The worst most unhospitable welcome on arrival at 3am after driving for 15 hours. I notified reception of our late arrival and keys were left in box for us. Were towing a horse float and cabin was outside park on the road which we had no idea of. On arrival a grumpy old man was just standing there staring at us and accused us of waking everyone up . I said wow nice welcome no need for his aggressive interaction as we had a key. He should have stayed in bed.

Beautiful location by the Sea. The park is extremely well kept. Our cabin overlooking the water was well fitted out and very modern.Staff were very helpful. About 5 km from town, which I feel is a benefit because you are away from the crowd. If you need some provisions, they have some basic needs available. Enjoy!!!

Absolutely disgusting!! The owner Michael attacked my brother because his sausage dog was barking. The local police told us that Michael (owner) and his partner Maryanne have just returned to management and that there has been many problems since. They Police officer arranged for us to get into the Ellison Caravan park who where absolutely fantastic. Please AVOID THIS PARK . The owner is a full blown alcoholic and he absolutely stunk when he stormed over with a temper. Really bad experience after travelling for 10 years and had no issues.
