Walked in to have a look and get booked in to only be told there's nothing to look at , rude af. Honestly the worst customer service I've ever seen. Grumpy old man

My tattoo looks awesome. The detail was great, the outline perfect and the colouring in was perfectly even. Not sure if the guys name who did it but he's married to the receptionist. He put me at ease straight away, had a good sense of humour and just a genuine, straight up kinda guy. All in all I was definitely satisfied with the service and the finished product. It's actually the 2nd tattoo I've got from there and have been really happy with them both times. Saw Brad the first time, he was great too. Very professional but also very down to earth and relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend them.

I was recommended this tattoo shop by a friend so I emailed inspiration designs and specified I wanted a small dainty fine line tattoo. We emailed back and forth (the admin woman NOT the artist)I assumed I would hear back directly from the artist with actual designs but I never did. I was booked in and showed up at my designated time after paying a deposit (again no contact from the actual artist)When I arrived the woman at the front had my inspiration printed out on paper and was lining it up on my arm, I explained I wanted something similar to this but finer and less busy than the actual photo I sent in. She used white out to remove parts of the googled picture and basically made it jumbo size. I repeated that I wanted a smaller tattoo and she said it was impossible with the design I wanted. ( a simple flower )I proceeded to try and find a different representation of what I wanted and meanwhile I asked if I would be able to have a purple heart touched up, she said yes but I will be charged more (totally fine) but then proceeded to make fun of my choice in purple ink because “it just never works and never looks good.” I have GOOD personal reason as to why I have that tattoo and touching it up every 10 years is not a big deal to me. Very condescending and rude comments really rubbed me the wrong way.I spent 30 minutes searching for images, no word from the actual artist Glenn. This woman just shutting down all my ideas telling me the design has to be at least half my damn arm. Small tattoos exist too!! I’m not the first girl to ask for a thin line flower.I ended up leaving after not getting anywhere. Later I emailed asking for a refund which was no issue. I got an email saying to call back the next day. I have a young child and time wasn’t on my side that day so I called the following day at around 9:45 am. The same woman answered the phone in a very non professional way, accusing me of not reading her email correctly and I should have called after 12pm the previous day. (Going back on the email no time was mentioned at all). I was appalled at how this woman shifted the blame to me instantly when she was 1) unprofessional 2) unhelpful and 3) rude!I can only recommend people stay clear of this store. Terrible experience.

Amazing tattoo, so happy with it. since its my first tattoo i had amazing conversation and just an amazing experience in general. I got a little tattoo of a line art cat, and was surprised when someone said it was going to be 200$! Way too over priced for a tattoo the size i got, didnt complain since it was my first experience.

I’ve had 5 tattoos done here and everyone there is so welcoming. I’ve been tattooed by 3 artists and they all have done an amazing job. My go-to tattoo shop!

Glen completed some fine line tattoos for me. All came out with such great quality….Staff are friendly, good vibe……planning my next appointment already.

Got my very first tattoo here today, they let me know the best position to get it done and ensured I would be 100% happy with the final result. I was worried about the potential of regretting something permanent but I am so in love with the tattoo and felt so safe and comfortable in this environment. They also welcomed me as a walk in, amazing place!!

My best friend and I who have been through a lot lately,entered today and were taken absolute care of by the lovely and brilliant owners. What an absolute pleasure to feel so welcomed for such a small job. Instantly felt comfortable, and respected and nothing was too much trouble. Almost made you feel like you were home rather than a tattoo shop. A great experience and got exactly what we wanted. Perfect.

A summary of my traumatic experience:- Glenn Kestell did my thigh/hip “tattoo” and I paid $2000.- I was told the tattoo would take 2 sessions, it took 4 and I was asked to pay more money at each session because Glenn underquoted me. I was told there was no record of my payments as I paid cash and that I hadn’t paid $2000 even though I had.- Whilst tattooing me, Glenn discussed that he had a newborn baby at home, was exhausted, and didn’t want to be at work. However, I was told that the times I could come in to finish my tattoo were very limited and had to be after hours as Glenn was “doing me a favour” because he had made the mistake of underquoting me.- Glenn also admitted to me that the tattoo was not turning out as he had planned, and he didn’t want to work on it anymore. He said it was not my fault that he had underquoted/overestimated the size of the tattoo and the detail required. Glenn should have said this at the very beginning and recommended another artist to me if the original design was out of his scope.- After my last session, ink had fallen out and the tattoo remained unfinished. Glenn refused to touch up or finish my tattoo as “that’s just his style”. I don’t think having half of the original stencil/design that I paid for tattooed on me is a “style” of work, and it is certainly not what I paid $2000 for.- I was not offered any compensation for the unfinished tattoo which is above 30cm in length, covers most of my thigh/hip, and have been having it laser removed ever since I got it.
