Wicked Wheelchairs

Went through these guys through the NDIS, never demoed any chairs, just straight up told me what i needed, just wanted to line his own pockets with NDIS money. Not suitable at all. Took 2 months to get my chair, was very rude when i asked if i could borrow something to get me by in the meantime. Go elsewhere ..... you have been warned!

I quoted a repair several years ago and then due to the cost of repair decided not to proceed. Recently I booked a demo and was called and informed that due to a bad experience with me they would have to cancel.To be clear if you have a bad experience with me, you and I will both remember it. I don't - However happy not to be dealing with this company and I advise others to steer clear also.

Dion and the team at wicked do a great job, always reliable and more than happy to go that extra mile to help you out. Bought my Tilite through them which has been great and just received a mobile service from Nigel who is very competent, friendly and efficient. The mobile service is great because that way I dont need to source all the bearings, etc and keep them lying around for a rainy day. I do what I can for chair maintenance but some things are just best done by the experts. Well done to the team at Wicked, Nigel, Dion and jerry, thanks heaps. If you are looking for someone you can trust and rely on, just go see Dion and the team at Wicked

Purchased my Tilite titanium chair through these guys. Very happy I took their recommendation. The whole team have given excellent service since. Very accommodating to any requests. Highly recommended. Ron Brown

I know this review is late.I used this company to get my wheelchair a few years ago through the NDIS, the chair was great, however when I required a service the guy came out and expected the payment then and there, I informed them when this was organised that I am self managed so need an invoice so the NDIS can transfer the payment to me so I can pay them so I had to borrow money to pay them on the day, I sent an email stating this issue and never received a reply.Now I sometimes receive a email asking if would like a service, I will never use this company again, it’s all for the money. I go somewhere else now and he is great, mind you I have to travel to see him but I don’t care if I get the service.

We had a fantastic experience with the team at wicked wheelchairs. They went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for helping us decide on and supply a chair for my son. Nothing was too much, their attention to detail and the quality of the final product is second to none. I cannot thank them enough for their time and I would recommend their business to anyone without hesitation.
