Excellent communication and customer service from Joanne, John and the team. They always called in advance and communicated timing with us for when they were attending our place. They were reliable and came when they said they would. Super efficient and worked in with us to fit our installation in prior to Christmas. Highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again in the future.

For a small 10 min repair, they charged $200. After I discussed, they charged me $180. Travel time less than 5 min from their company. Total Ripoff. I’ll do it myself next time after checking in the YouTube. I should mention that the person who came to install the window was very friendly and professional. This ripoff mainly by the business, where the counter girl decide the price without knowing any professional knowledge on the job.

I requested that this company come and install a pet door for my elderly mum who has severe mobility issues. They had asked for upfront payment which I made in good faith as they sounded very nice and professional over the phone. They attended my mums house and installed a small door for her large dog which obviously the dog could not get in and out of. I called to report their error and asked if they could please correct it. They said they would but I would have to pay upfront for a new door and installation. I was willing to pay for the new door and installation if I received a credit for the door and installation I had paid for as it was their error, however they refused. Essentially they were wanting payment for two doors and two installations when they had made an error in the sized door they had chosen and installed. They had full awareness of my mums age and condition and essentially took advantage of someone in a very vulnerable situation. All in all very unprofessional.

Professional Glass were amazing to deal with. Originally an insurance claim, Professional Glass in Sydney telephoned me to confirm the job, then Danielle from the Carlisle office rang me. Not long afterwards the glazier phoned me to confirm he was 15 minutes away. Josh was prompt and friendly. He cleaned up the area as well. I was extremely impressed with the speed and ease with which this company fixed our broken window. Danielle from the Carlisle office was also very friendly to deal with. 5 Stars !!!!

Our ensuite sliding doors had become ineffective. John came (on -time) and offered a solution. We asked about alternative door options, and he measured and quoted there and then, and we agreed to the price.A week later (ahead of quoted time), Ron installed a new unit and removed the old one.Excellent outcome = one happy customer.

I am impressed with their efficiency, professionalism and fast response. I was shocked to find my window broken when i came back from work. The person who handled the phone is polite and you feel that she wanted to help in any possible way Their price is reasonable too. I couldn't thank them enough.

Professional as their name stands!Excellent workmanship with timely production and very skill tradesmen. We had the front door front replaced with four bifold anodise aluminium door frames with tinted glazing. Trades men were there to install around 10 am & completed it by 4pm in order for us to trade that evening.Highly recommend their efficiency and Thanks to the entire team at Professional Glass team.Sabas

We had a small issue with a recently installed shower screens. They accomodated our rewuest to have a look and our availability. The fix was simple but the young man that did the original installation carried out the repair. He was efficient, friendly and arrived on time.

I would highly recommend this business.
