I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional level of service I received from all the staff but specifically from Seval and Selda.I mistakenly arrived with the incorrect form. Despite the huge inconvenience for them, they went above and beyond to assist me to help me even though they didn’t need to. They were very understanding. Even though they were busy, they took their time to explain and guide me and help me sort out my error.They were very calm and patient, and I am truly grateful for their exceptional level of service.It is so lovely to come across genuinely kind hearted people. They really did make my week!Chester Hill is a bit far from me, but it was the only radiology where I could get an appointment last minute but from now, I will travel the extra distance. I will also be telling my friends and family to go here!If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!

I went for ultrasound to I-MED Radiology at Chester hill and during waiting for my turn I got fainted and they gave me first aid and after coming back in my consciousness I vomited there but I can say how professional and friendly they are! They helped me and my husband alot. This whole process happened twice but they didn't make angry faces and whole staff tried to feel us relax and after that they called an ambulance for me. The staff is really good. I wish I knew them earlier! No one compares to Them.Even the next day they called my husband and asked about my health. I will never go anywhere else! Highly recommended. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Why was I able to book an appointment online for 8.00am, have it confirmed, only to find that the centre did not open untl 8.30.BUT the staff at Chester Hill were extremely accommodating and helpful allowing me to have an immerdiate appointment.5 stars for the CH satffPlease take a look at your online booking

Had to wait 5 days for a call from the online booking to be told no can do within an hours drive and I live in the geographical centre of Sydne!

Referring to A. Respect to all health workers that have to put up with rude PPL like yourself. Regardless of their ethnic background, just be thankful for what they do.

I went this morning to this imaging centre. The receptionists were very friendly and respectful. The sonographer was beyond amazing. She made sure I was fully comfortable during my examination. She was very kind, treated me with respect and happily answered all my questions. I will definitely return again in the future

I just had an ultrasound there, the staff at reception were very professional and well organized. I love the booking online so convenient and easy and I was able to book in on the same day I jumped on.My sonographer was amazing! Helped me out so much with my pregnancy questions and ultrasound. I felt safe and comfortable and would totally recommend coming here for any radiology appointments! :)
