Lovely winery and great views. Came in with a party of 10 people. Service was slow, dishes came out at random times. Most of the staff where great, huge shout out to the tasting room, I forgot his name but remember he was from Texas. He was fantastic, friendly and had great product knowledge. All in all I will come back.

What an awesome place. We loved everything about the Jackaloupe The staff were fantastic from the front desk, bar, pool, house keepers, cellar door & restaurants. We had a beautiful lunch & great service at the Red Hare. We had an amazing dinner at Doot Doot & the service was exceptional with the knowledge & explanations of each dish & wines. Followed by a great breakfast the crab omelette was delicious, my personal favourite. The food, service & overall setting was first class. We'll be back.

Five star all the way ! The attention to detail for the food was beyond excellent! The head chef and staff should be incredibly proud of what they achieve. The staff were super friendly and we felt at home; big shout out to Mia and all who served us. The atmosphere was stylish and relaxed. You could not ask for a better evening all around. Thank you to all and we will return soon.

I loved our stay at Jackalope! My highlights were the beautiful location and views, the spa and sauna, the proximity to two restaurants and one bar, and the fun little extras like s'mores by the fire, bottomless popcorn, etc. Unfortunately, I would give 3.5 - 4 stars given a few areas where the service falls short for me. While all of the Jackalope staff I spoke to were incredible, there was in general a bit of a wait for things (room service, service requests and housekeeping). In particular, housekeeping could be improved. We were out for 5 hours in the morning with our service light on and came back at 1pm to an un-serviced room. My biggest gripe was the awful selection of movies and the fact that the TV was wedged all the way in the corner! Maybe it's just me but I would much rather watch movies with my bottomless popcorn in bed than on a hard couch. I think when you make the movies a selling point there should be much more - surely a Netflix account would do the trick? Anyway, all in all a fantastic experience and we will be back - hope to see some improvements in years to come.

My wife and I love Jackalope. We stayed for our engagement 2 years ago in a suite with a huge bath and loved every second of it. We stayed again on our wedding night in the best room of the hotel - fire place and bath, huge room with kitchenette - but it was a windy night and the walls creaked and groaned all night and we barely slept. There was also a large swarm of small black insects that had gathered in the peaked ceiling above the bed which was a little disconcerting. Those are my only complaints for that stay. We ordered the most delicious breakfast in the room the next morning, all included in our stay, and it was hot and fresh and bloody good!!! The limitless popcorn, choctops and free movies was also a highlight. We’ll be back, but for $1780 it’s not likely I’ll be booking the best room in the house.

Customer service was second to none from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Stayed there for our wedding anniversary and had dinner at the Doot Doot Doot restaurant. A big shoot out to Markus, Matthew and the dining team you were all amazing.

Came here for a couple's getaway.Wow, what a nice hotel. Rooms are generously sized with hydronic floor heating in the bathroom! TV oddly is off to one side. Free minibar too (really should be standard at most luxury hotels). The pool and spa were great. Was great to meet other couples escaping the daily grind. Fire pit at night was a nice touch.2 negatives (and hence why it wasnt 5 stars) - the doors to the rooms don't seal fully, so you can hear everything in the corridors. Our aircon was noisy (sounds like a loose duct), fortunately we were too tired to care.100% recommend for a couple's getaway!
