We couldn’t be happier with our new Body Corporate Manager from BCS. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and communicative. Our meetings are now highly productive, a pleasure to attend and Judy very efficiently does what is required. This is in stark contrast to the nightmare we previously had with Merciers Body Corporate, where we were paying nearly double to boot! The committee has breathed an enormous sigh of relief that we now have someone we can trust to work in our best interest. I highly recommend Judy from BCS.

I have been a committee member of the Cootha Vues Community Titles Scheme (as Secretary or Treasurer) for more than 10 years. Our complex has been managed by Body Corporate Services (BCS) since construction, and our current Strata Manager is Rachel Harrison. We have had some tricky situations to deal with over the years, mostly resulting from a general lack of understanding by Owners about strata living, shared responsibilities and compliance with By-laws. Rachel is knowledgeable on strata matters, professional in her approach, responsive to queries, and considered in her guidance. A pleasure to deal with ... gold stars for you Rachel.

I would like to say that Rachel Harrison has been a great Body Corp manager for the property I live in. She is thorough and experienced in explaining what is needed and why we need it for the overall best interest of our units. She thinks ahead and gives good advice for what is needed in the future. I’ve found Rachel to be prompt at getting work done and easily available for phone calls and emails. Rachel has been easy to deal with and has helped get a sinking fund that is required now and in the future for our property. I highly recommend her as a manager for others and her efficiency is very apparent in all she does.

Rachel Harrison from Body Corporate Services (BCS) has been our Strata Manager for the last four years and all this time she has been very professional, prompt in her response and action with attention to details, supportive and patient with both the body corporate committee and the owners/residents. Rachel has been instrumental in the smooth and successful management of our town house complex and I look forward to work together with her and BCS in the years to come.

Updated July 2023. BCS still fail to respond to emails in a timely manner, if at all. It's a lot of work for me to have to chase them to respond and act. Have contacted the Branch Manager. Maybe things will get better, but we've been down this road before, and things don't change. Would not recommend them.
