I have as a purchaser just exchanged Contracts to purchase a federation period home in Turramurra by private treaty. Matt is the vendor's agent for the sale. Matt has through the negotiation and sale process (which for me happened all in a week from first viewing the property on a Tuesday to exchanging Contracts late on the Friday) represented the interests of his vendor well. He has been responsive in communications, available when needed, understanding of the legal and Contract process, commercial in approach recognising the competing priorities of both vendor and purchaser and when it got to the pointy end" of negotiations most importantly was able to bring the parties together and "close".
