Most staff very friendly, helpful accommodating. Competitive prices & sometimes even cheaper than major supermarkets. Plenty of parking. The only fault I have is that the deli meat needs attention & a few times the meat has been off although to be fair I returned the product with no hassles for a refund. One of the cheapest places to by cigarettes

Great place for a smaller shop or to pop in and grab a few things.Easy parking, not crowded, lots of fresh produce, has a smaller meat selection and bottle shop in store.Plus lots of Australian/New Zealand products and they support local community!

Mel was an absolute star!! I couldn’t find my items and she assisted me perfectly. As I walked into the store she welcomed me kindly and helped me out at the check out. This is what good customer service looks like and she should be commended on her work!!

I don’t think I have ever left a review on a business page but tonight I feel compelled. After driving 15 minutes to get to this store to purchase a few items I was walking to the front door as a lady came to the exit and said “we’re closed”. It was not yet 8:00 pm and I was filthy to say the least as I left the Erina heights store as they didn’t have stock of the particular item I wanted. There was a curt “ what do you need” as I left and I said don’t worry about it. I have supported the Ritchie’s franchises for 10 years. I refuse to shop at Woolworths or Coles as you are treated like a number. IGA erina heights customer service is exemplary but every time I go to the Erina store it feels like they are obligated to be kind. The problem for you is Harris Farm has upped their game of organic and healthy items and are always in stock. I can go to Erina heights and they are always out of stock and take months to replenish hence on ocassion I have to go to erina. This may be the tipping point for me to support Harris Farm. Sort your game out as you are dropping the ball significantly and maybe employ some staff that enjoy customer service!

My go to store when i have need something quickly. Easy parking when it's not change over time for the taxis or school drop off or pick up

I noticed a staff member being very dismissive to an elderly shopper,she asked for directions to the toilet for her young grandchildren. I was not impressed at all !! Actually, he was bloody rude .Had to stand in line for a while ,as only 1 checkout was operating.

Nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always a smile on their lips. Love going there.They are always going the extra mile by ordering in extra weekly of a product they stock at a minimalist level they will do it. That's what I call customer service. The staff will advise the manager to set it up. And always advise about freebies as well like the Vegemite metal drink bottle. Updated September 2022. Lots of staff changes. Sadly a lot of the great staff has moved on. Not the same.

Excellent supermarket and liquor. Great range and pricing. They are a locally owned independent grocery store. They support the local community with part of their profits. Price match policy. Parking can be a bit difficult at end of school time 3pm ish. Much less painful to shop here that the 2 major supermarket chains within Erina Fair complex.

Staff are always friendly and happy ro help. They have great specials.
