Be careful, This company (Aquariums Australia) does not honor Australian Warranty. Maxspect XF250 Wave maker broke 11 months into warranty, while cleaning the product, and George did not comply with Australian 12 Month warranty.His first response by email advised me that I broke it.His second email advises me in his words You’re right

Awesome customer service, nothing was a problem I purchased a heap of Maxspect gear from retailer 11/19 but due to covid I only started using my Gyre 03/21 out of warranty, I explained to them the story and offered to pay they fixed it no questions asked why cant all businesses run like this thanks guys for the great experience
