Dr Fran Connolly has been my gp for over 10 years. She is always very professional, knowledgeable, caring and patient. I trust her completely and highly recommend her.All the reception staff here are friendly and helpful.

Great service and support from all staff and Doctors. Can be hard to get into at times. They offer Tele-consult (for patients) - and in patient appointments. Highly recommend if you can get in.

Have been seeing dr hendry for a couple of years now. Good doctor. Reception staff are sooooo rude. I coughed while waiting at the desk and was taken to a store room and told to wait in there like a dog. I wasn't sick just needed some blood work done. Will never be back there.

5/5 for Dr Cronje - I’ve been seeing him for approx 15 years and he is such a kind hearted man. He is the reason I go to Kingsley Woodvale.The new reception staff are short, emotionless and unpleasant to deal with. From what the practice used to be to what it’s changed to over the last couple of years cannot be compared. If it weren’t for Dr Cronje I would not be a patient of this practice.

I made an appointment last Thursday to see Dr Hendry for a persistent headache I’d had for over a week. Apart from taking my blood pressure Dr Hendry performed no other tests on me and in fact asked what I would like him to do about my headache? To which I responded I’d like it gone.He prescribed Norgesic which I started taking and it offered little relief.On Saturday I saw Dr Marsh at Joondalup urgent care who also took my blood pressure, checked my eyes, temperature and reflexes and asked a variety of questions. He instructed I have an MRI on Monday. I was called in for results immediately and it turns out I have intracranial hypertension.Once again I’m disappointed in the lack of care at this surgery. On other occasions the reception team have spoken to me rudely. They clearly forget we are at the Dr for a reason whether it be an Illness or otherwise and we are paying, so a little care and consideration and some old fashioned manners wouldn’t go astray.

Appalling experience with the husky voiced receptionist on my first appointment and then my final appointment. Dr P Connolly (whom I have been seeing for over a decade) backed up the appalling treatment and would not review my care plan over the phone and told me to take it up with Medicare. Dr Connolly also told me that I was made aware of this when I asked to make the appointment a telephone consult and he knew this because the receptionist had left a note in my booking, the receptionist did not tell me that I would not be able to have my review. I didn’t want to attend the clinic after recovering from covid followed by the flu twice because I don’t want to be unwell again. Medicare do provide a phone service for this review however the doctor refused to do so over the phone even though he had just seen me in May. Be aware that the receptionist was able to see my medical history which was brought to my attention when she said “you have already had covid you can’t get it again”The practice manager did listen to my complaint with compassion but did make it clear that she can’t make the doctor do the review even if Medicare do have an item number for the type of care plan review I required.

Absolutely disgusted with my dr visit yesterday never been before and never go back. My first issue she didn’t even know what I was talking about, would not listen to me and had to google then my second issue was that I had shooting pain in both my little fingers and without even looking at them not even touching them to see where the pain was…..literally just told me to take off my acrylics they are too long! Never been so angry waste of $82!!

Dr Martin is the most compassionate, thoughtful doctor I have ever met. She really cares about her patients and will do everything in her power to help to her utmost ability. You never feel rushed, she makes time and really listens to you. I am grateful for the assistance she has given me and continues to offer for me to overcome my health issues. Thank you so much. You are highly valued by your patients.

I recently had a great experience at Kingsley Woodvale Medical Centre. The Practice Manager was very welcoming. The nurses relaxed my child for her vaccination. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr Pete Connolly for several years and without a doubt he is the most amazing Dr I have ever had. I suffer from 2 serious autoimmune disorders and Dr Connolly always has my best interest at heart. I am never rushed and Dr Connolly always listens to my concerns and acts accordingly. He constantly thinks outside the box when it comes to my health care. So wonderfully refreshing to have someone so kind and caring when often in society today you can get treated in such an off-handed manner. Well down Dr Connolly, thank you for your caring your outstanding knowledge and professionalism. I am so grateful that I have been so supported and looked after by you over many years.
