Guy tried to stiff me for king george when I specifically ordered Garfish. Then tried to charge extra for can of coke.After this debacle the garfish was basically just crumbs. Dreadful. Never going there again.

I’ve been coming to this place for two years. Today I was feeling unwell and asked my kid to order. Unfortunately the order went wrong with party chips instead of large ones. So I went in to try to fix it, but in no way they accepted. They said it was already paid and that they wouldn't have anything to do with the rest of the fries. Really? I am very disappointed to have given my support to a local family business, but they don’t really care about customer satisfaction. I’m sure I can find other fish and chips around, but they’ll never see us again.

Shocker!!Menu doesn’t mention anything on surcharges on top of prices shown.Senior Female (?) extremely rude and obnoxious towards own staff and customers.Visited in person at shop, ordered Chicken Schnitzel Parmigiana with chips.Advertising picture shows a whole piece, yet on receiving it was cut up into small pieces with cheese that wasn’t even cooked/melted appropriately. Therefore the food wasn’t hot, chips were disgusting covered with cheese.Yet another example of how to loose customers!

Rude! Eat a bag of d!cks, it’ll be quicker. I question why it was taking so long and was abused by them and another customer on my way out. I haven’t had a fight in a chicken shop before but there’s a first time for everything.

Fish and chips over cooked oily and the only thing to mask the taste of the fish would be some tartare... But of course no tartare for a fish and chips.Gone down hill big time.So bad, I've now gone out to a local coles for some tartare sauce to mask the taste
