Took a broken window pane for replacement and was told it would take a couple of days. After 4 days was told that they were unable to do the repair and that I should take it elsewhere! Not happy Jan.

It's like you are a thorn in their side. Louise. No help whatsoever. Didn't want to show me what options were available, asked me to 'go down to the factory, the boys might be able to show you something'. More than a week later, had heard nothing about my order. I called (Mon) and was told that the goods would be ready towards the end of the week. I called on Friday, was told rudely and abruptly WE WILL EMAIL YOU WHEN IT'S READY. They are a capable outfit for sure, but the customer service stinks and as such, I'd suggest you find another supplier for your needs.

I needed a large fixed panel replaced and had been dealing with O’Brien glass who where very pushy and their quote changed 4 times over a matter of days. The guys at DY were knowledgeable, professional and turned up and gave me one quote that was cheaper. They came and fixed the window with no fuss. What was really impressive was that they also fixed a another small broken window without being asked nor did they charge extra. Old fashioned guys giving old fashion service.
