If you expect good service you might want to go elsewhere and except rude old men to jump the queue when your patiently waiting to be served - what happened to first in first served I feel invisible total disrespect from the young staff member with black hair - I’m nice to everyone and I was still ignored and last time we visited this establishment we had something stolen and nothing was done to the person who stole from us - we were told the cameras couldn’t see clearly so there was nothing they could do?! I alerted staff as I seen her take our property and I waited for assistance but instead of helping us we were told to leave and she stayed - to steal is wrong but to be treated so poorly when we asked for help is disgusting - ( we finally heard back from Caboolture central only to be told we were drunk and disorderly which we weren’t - we had just ordered double jacks so if we were drunk and disorderly they wouldn’t have served us - or shouldn’t have - it was just an excuse to remove us when we pointed out the lady who stole from us - and asked staff for help ) I was waiting for an apology not a ridiculous made up excuse

Had the Steak, chips and salad for lunch.With Garlic source.The food was cold, salad had no dressing on it and the garlic source was not nice at all, more like someone had poured cream in a bowl and added garlic.Kids meal my son liked, he had fish and chips.Virtual Golf was pretty good, My son did enjoy that.

I'm giving only a one star as this is purely based on how the elderly and people with a disability are being treated while the elevator is out of order. As this used to be the rsl alot of elderly people go to the bingo which to some this is their only interaction with other people. But as i said because the elevator is not working they have been told , if you can't walk up stairs or use the escalator don't come." They have a room downstairs that can be used but they would prefer to not have any elderly or disabled people come. This is a very disgusting attitude."

Love this place, best place to go for chilled and relaxing atmosphere by yourself, with friends or an intimate date. 2 choices of eating areas, vast and yummy menu choices whether you're dining in the Grounds Cafe or Play-it Eatery upstairs, both areas serve steak and parmi's. Brekkie choices in Grounds Cafe and they both cater for vegetarian and gf and have amazing salads. Beautiful burgers and pizzas upstairs also. I could go on but literally so much to choose from. Staff are really friendly and helpful too. Upstairs in Play-it they also have virtual golf bays, v8 car simulators, electronic darts, a pool table and pinball machines and pacman machine, good fun with mates or family. They're really good for functions too from weddings to wakes to meetings.

Monday night, finish work, come in to have dinner with the Mrs, wearing brand new work clothes, get told at 5:40pm that we aren't allowed in for dinner. Place is dead hardly anyone around, the only plus side was the club accross the road. They said we're absolutely welcome to come in and have dinner here.

This place is a dive. For half the time the only bar operating is the one in the pokie lounge. Can't eat there on certain days. Pool table on pallets. Staff that have no idea or straight just don't care. It's obvious that it's only there for gambling and ego stroking the staff. Garbage establishment. Have a look at the other reviews.

Lovely night at trivia with lots of laughs. The meal could have been hotter and the pork roast didn't have flavour, crackle or apple sauce. In my opinion it was under par.

Booked a venue out to celebrate my dads life as he had paced away, we had good catering, simple yet hit the spot and good communication between me and the venue organizer. Drinks were reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly.Would highly recommend it for functions or birthdays you can set it up the way you like, It didn't cost anything to book like most places which was great and you have full control of bar tabs and food, also with your wristbands 2 colours which we used for friends or family so no random people using the bar tab.It is as good as you make it with the help of the staff at Sports Central Caboolture thank you all once again. Would highly recommend..... at least go check it out...

We recently had our reception at your venue. All seemed to be going smoothly from our side as the bride and groom and I can not fault the food or service for the function.After the night I was then informed about an incident I cannot let pass. I was informed the elevator would be working for our function as my aunty is a paraplegic and needs a wheelchair to move. Was not until we arrived that we were informed it wasn’t working. One of my closest friends stepped in and carried my aunty up the stairs and then two other friends carried her chair. As we seemed to have found a solution to this ourselves, at the end of the night my friend was informed that he could not carry my aunty back down the stairs. I understand the safety cautions due to this but my aunty pleaded to the security manager on duty for my friend to do this instead of a stranger which was the security guard who carried her like luggage and nearly fell down the stairs himself. My aunty is truly upset and I wish I was there for this because I would not have let your staff have handled her this way. She is still a human being and the way she was treated was less than that. Unfortunately due to this experience we will not be returning to this venue and will be informing our friends of the lack of human compassion.Thank you.Update: it has been over a week and no contact has been made. Do not go if you have a disability as you will be disrespected and discriminated against.
