This place blew me away. I rang them about a $2.00 part for my drop saw and they actually rang me back. Dropped in, saw John and he fitted it while I waited. This lad is a legend proper old school service. I was toying with swapping to Milwalkee tools but Johno you saved me the bother.

The guys here are great help. Their genuine Makita parts and repairs are actually really affordable. They even offered to fix my drill on the spot and wére very helpful about questions I had about other tools at home.I'm so used to scam pricing for genuine parts and accessories from other brands that I couldn't believe how fairly priced Makita is. Thanks again.

Well, with 30 years plus as a tradesman I can honestly say this would be 1 of 5 reviews I have ever taken the time to do. The service, knowledge, and turnaround time are nothing short of amazing. If only all other tools manufacturers followed this business model. Every tradie, regardless of the power tool will at some point need a repair. Finally, a company has got it right. Well done Makita and to the guys at the Townville service centre.

i have a chainsaw Can not start , they check and find out quickly problem and show me using ,,,and free. if bring to some bad guys , they will charge $50 or $100.so i will keep buy makita brand because so convenient and helpful this center.
