Visited this place first time and really impressed by the service given.Strongly recommend and will advise everyone do not get fooled for cheap price tag as they will ruin your hair.Thank you Hanan- You're amazing!

Visited this place for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly impressed. I got a colour and blow dry with curls for a wedding, and it turned out wonderful. The hairdressers were on time, no waiting around, great head massage and Hanan did a beautiful job on my colour and blow-dry. Definitely recommend this place and will come again.

Wow what outstanding service !!! I was recommended to have my hair done with Dom and I have been in to the salon now for two different appointments. I can honestly say the staff are absolutely kind, friendly and accommodating. The level of professionalism and customer service is top tier, and it reflects also with their services. I had a gloss colour with Elenni, who had such great knowledge on hair care and then a cut and bouncy blow dry by Dom which I can say was one of the best cut and blow drys I have ever had ! I can honestly say I left with exactly what I asked for and more! So refreshing to leave a salon and feel as though your heard and satisfied with what you envisioned. I’m so grateful for the recommendation and now have found my regular salon.Thanks guys !

Absolutely outstanding. Went there with no idea of what I really wanted in terms of styling my hair. The staff were patient and helpful and gave me a result beyond my expectations. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Julia was in charge of me for a balayage chocolat. She is a passionate and gifted hairdresser. Listening and understanding us so well. She is just amazing and i know how much it could be hard to find and trust a new hairdresser, lucky me i found her. All the team is great and so talented.

I have been bleaching my own hair for a few years and it is now breaking. I am very happy with the professionalism of Hanan with applying a 3 week regrowth as I needed it done for my holiday. Finally my hair can start to repair. I will now be a regular customer.

I was left with an uneven colour that is clearly evident. Very disappointed with the end result and customer service that I received. I have since communicated with and booked in a competent hair dresser to fix this salons mistake.The photos speak for themselves. As a professional hair dresser, would you allow your customer to leave your salon with an uneven job like this? The colour codes were supplied and the colourist still managed to get it wrong. Another employee over the phone said that the salon didn't have the darker shades of ash - so why not communicate this to your customer prior to the service? I was asked to come back to resolve the problem. Sitting back in the chair I was not listened to, cornered by two hairdressers and told that this was not their doing. They even tried to convince me that their regrowth was only 1-2cms long and that they didn't touch the part of my hair that is clearly the wrong colour. I did not walk into the salon with red tones in my hair however I did walk out with an array of red tones (A before photo taken the same week has also been supplied). They suggested a full colour to fix the problem, at this point I had absolutely no confidence that they could achieve an even colour or mix a correct colour. I refused to spend another minute or dollar with my young children in this salon.All in all, negative customer reviews shouldn't be taken lightly. This salon has a lot of poor reviews. Strolling by this salon looks clean, busy and professional. However customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority. I believe I am a fair and just individual who was taken advantage of. I will not recommend this salon to colleagues, clients, friends and/or family.

Dom had made my hair 1000x better and am just in love. Will be back again soon and the prices are reasonable for someone who’s really experienced! Need I say more? Check out his instagram @dompellihair. Thank you so much again! ❤️
