Repaired my Lexus to a high standard and give me regular updates via txt and phone calls as to the cars progress.

Repairs were fine and they organise the hire car and taxi for you, but the front seats and arm rest were left quite dirty.

Just picked up the car after repair by Gemini. Being with RACV this was the repairer assigned. Just a review to say how impressed I am with the whole process. The customer service is excellent throughout and the job was completed within the quoted time frame. The repair itself is what I had hoped for and car cleaned inside and out. Great experience and can recommend.

Ok, but felt it took too long to do the repairs (which weren't extensive) for the time they had the car,even though they said they were busy. Also there was greasy dirt left in the boot near where the repairs had been done.On the plus side, the job seems to have been done well, and my car had been washed and driver's floor cleaned.Also appreciated the taxi taking me to and from the hire car premises.

They made a mistake and missed a dent with my car and when I mentioned it they were really good about it. They even lent me their courtesy car to make it easier. Everyone makes mistakes it's the way they are rectified that is the mark of good customer service. There's a lot of hate for this company but I think a big chunk of it is unfair. The quality of the job was good imo.

Really amazing customer service!! These guys are quick to repair and pay great attention to the little details. I’ve bought my Veloster here twice. Definitely recommend if you’ve ever been in an accident, the Gemini Cheltenham team have been great to me and will look after you :)

This is the most unprofessional, dodgy business I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Not only did they keep the car 7 days longer than expected with no apology or updates, they have scratched all alongside my car and refuse to fix their damage. They have produced an awful result with the paint - stating their painter quit half way through - and have an answer for everything. They take zero accountability and have clearly scammed people for years. They are the shadiest, laziest people who will only do the bare minimum and I’m sure only have business due to their RACV affiliation - which should be revoked. Do not take your car here unless you want it to be ruined.

I thought the service was friendly and efficient. My car will be repaired by them in May.

Repairs fine inside of the car hadn't been cleaned had powdery dust everywhere thought the car very disappointed
