This is our first home renovation and we were very glad to have chosen Axon Homes to complete it for us. George and Kylie made the whole experience as pain-free as possible. George is a great project manager. He made sure he kept us up to date on progress and always had on hand, very useful and practical options to solve problems/issues that crop up. Kylie's help and advice on the interiors was exceptional and invaluable - she innately understood what we wanted, did all the leg work and always narrowed things down to a few options for us to consider and choose.We could not be happier with the end result and everyone who has come through our house has been impressed with the quality of the build.We highly recommend Axon Homes for major renovations and would not hesitate to use them again.

We were looking for a builder we could work with and trust to construct our marque project in North Perth.We wanted a customised build, a small team to service our requirements, and a well priced high quality product.From the outset, the Axon team were engaged, available and ensured we were kept up to date and involved in the process. It was a big project, so their no fuss, pragmatic, and professional approach was evident from day one and very welcomed. Axon presented an interior scheme that was distinctive, had high quality fitting and fixtures, and matched our development budget.Axon was able to build seven units and townhouses that are appealing and unique. George did an extension renovation of our period home and it was a superb experience from start to finish. My experience of completing a major house extension with Axon Homes was unfortunately very disappointing. I found the project execution very unprofessional, experiencing numerous issues and defects which were frequently overlooked or denied by Axon Homes.The project’s defective workmanship to Australian Standards, after repeated denial by Axon Homes was eventually taken to the Building Commission, who issued a Building Remedy Order to Axon Homes to correct the defective works.Because the defective works were not all completed by Axon Homes the Building Commission served a Money Order to the builder for uncompleted works. The defects were then rectified by other competent builders.The list of issues and defects is very long. A tortuous experience never to be repeated.
