Bought a lipstick which was damaged spoiled my mother day later called and went again for exchange over the phone she said yes but was very rude with behaviour name was Yen

Was served by Sang who had great product knowledge and excellent customer service skills. She also took my budget into account when recommending products. Easy 5⭐️

I had such a great in store experience with Yenny who was really knowledgeable and helped me find a really good present for the person I was shopping for. She was really welcoming to my friend and I and was great to speak to. She spoke a lot about her knowledge of the brand and also her experiences overseas with Dior also. Will definitely come back if I ever need anything and there were a couple of aftershaves she showed me that I’m going to purchase very soon

After the experience I had and the customer service I received over the phone due to a complaint I made because my newly bought dior perfume which I had engraved had gold fingerprint marks all over the lid and bottle. Here I am having paid so much for this bottle and I get spoken to rudely because I rang to raise the issue. Your a big brand and this is how yoy speak to customers. Disgusting. You take peoples money and then dont care about the rest. This brand has put out a bad impression and don't think I will go back to this store to buy and would rather walk into Myer and buy from there. The staff need to be abit more polite. If you don't like your job or dealing with customers then leave. Abit of advice, maybe next time apologise to the customer politely and ask them if they can return to the store to resolve the issue. It's not that hard.

It is utterly puzzling why representatives no longer extend a sample with purchase, clearly quality is not longer valued by Dior.

Had been to the Dior girls at Myer (who were lovely) but didn’t have the foundation I wanted, sent me to the Dior boutique where I was ignored for 15 minutes before leaving. Poor service.

This review is for raegan, his service was amazing! He was so patient with me and my girlfriend I’m so lucky to have been served by him! I hope management recognises his amazing service.

Who’s the guy working at Dior Highpoint today, who thought he was too good to serve my daughter. He didn’t take the time of day to look for the product she wanted. Too much effort to open a cosmetic draw?? Hey what the heck. Bad service. Obviously she got what she wanted from MYER highpoint Dior counter. So what’s the point of having a stand alone Dior store in Highpoint if they can’t be bothered serving you. Dior, lift your customer service game
