I have been to many gyms and Uplift is one of the very best gyms I have ever trained at. All the coaches are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, the range and availability of equipment is top notch and the programming keeps the sessions interesting/challenging. I have worked with the trainers to creat realistic goals and using their tracking app work towards them. The trainers have been helpful when I have been sick or injured and motivated me when iv been in a slump.If you enjoy a sweat, this is the place to go!

My partner and I have been going to Uplift since May 2022 and it's without a doubt the best functional, small-medium-class gym in Melbourne.The owners, Chelsea and Reece, have created an environment that supports each and every member no matter their level or competency in the gym. It's an incredibly welcoming environment that pushes you further than you knew you could go.My partner suffers from mild back problems, and the team at Uplift support and tailor her training to ensure her rehab can be incorporated into her exercise.The trainers are experts in their field at the top of their games. Whether it's Troy using laser focus to scan your stance whilst squatting, to Chelsea running and designing fitness and nutrition programs tailored to creating a sustainable and achievable healthy lifestyle. They will transform your fitness.Personally, I've incorporated Uplift into my weekly routine and it's now the moments in my day I look forward to the most. And I legitimately have abs now. I've never had abs before. Abs are the best.Thank you team Uplift.

I love training at Uplift - the strength sessions are put together really well and their emphasis on tracking your weights each week really pays dividends. I have had great strength gains since I joined and the nutrition guidance is fantastic and means I can get everything I'm after from a gym. There are also some cardio days in the normal week, making it a great all-round gym depending what you are looking for. Highly recommend and all the trainers are excellent with great tips to improve performance.

No other gym compares to Uplift, on my first day I felt like I was part of a team who was genuinely passionate about working out and wanted to see me progress as much as I did!This gym is awesome for all skill levels, Every step of the way you are carefully coached through each movement ensuring you can train to your best without injuring yourself.The coaches pride themselves on making sure every one feels comfortable and you even get an app to track your progress so you know how far you've come!If your looking for a gym where you will actually see progress then Uplift should be your number 1 choice!

For someone who has never loved working out, Uplift has very quickly become one of my favourite places to be every morning. Reece, Chelsea and the team are super knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. There is also an amazing community vibe as soon as you enter the doors, everyone is super welcoming and will always cheer you on. The studio and equipment is 10/10. I couldn’t recommend a gym highly enough!!!

The uplift community is really welcoming. I moved to Richmond for 9 months and trained with the uplift crew through that time.Having come from F45 uplift allowed me to lift to the next level and reach new goals I didn’t know I had in me.Appreciation to all the trainers, as we are missing you with our move back to Sydney.Stay cool uplift!
