We loved staying at Tessies House - the location was perfect, far enough away from the town to be quiet but close enough to walk to the cafes and restaurants. The place was very well appointed, and we couldn't have asked for anything else. The hosts who live next door were both friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful holiday at Tessie's house. We have stayed there for the last two years, and will be staying there again this summer. The house is beautiful, very clean and has all the ammenities you could ask for. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

Have stayed here so many times I have lost count. We try and get there at least once a year. Always superbly fitted out and very clean. A lovely stroll to the town either along the river or quiet road. Dog park at the end of the road and a good size garden. Even if I didn’t have dogs I would still use this property. Catherine and her family are great hosts. Can’t wait to get back.

We had a great stay at Tessies Studio with our dog. Booking was painless, Catherine made it easy for us and directions were easy to follow. The studio was spotless and well appointed and the fenced back yard was enjoyed by the dog. Handy to everything. Could not fault it. We have booked a return holiday and so looking forward to going back.

We stayed with our dog at Tessie’s house in March and had a wonderful time. The house is fully renovated and well suited to bring your pet along. Floor boards throughout the living area and bedrooms - hygienic choice for pets and kids. Quality beds and excellent bedding for a good night sleep. We loved the location close to the park and river for long walks with our dog and easy access to cafes and restaurants. We will certainly be back!

We stayed at Tessie's in March this year. It was a perfect place for all of us- active Miss 6, 2 dogs, Miss 2 with complex needs, Grandma with mobility issues ....and 2 adults! An easy roll, scoot, ride or walk to town but best of all a lovely oasis to return to. Our dogs were relaxed and at home in the yard but it was also great that they could join us indoors. We will definitely return.

I stayed at Tessie's house with my partner, my parents and two dogs. There was plenty of room for all of us, the house was comfortable, clean and well furnished. The off lead dog park is very close by. It's great that the dogs are allowed inside. We will definitely stay here again

We had a great stay at Tessie's house in Bright. The house was spotlessly clean, well appointed and perfectly located within easy walking distance to the town centre. Cath and John were extremely helpful and even gave us a recommendation for a dog sitter so we could go out for dinner. Highly recommend this property.

We have been returning to Tessie's House and Tessie's Studio with our friends every year for the past 15 plus years. It is a trip all of us look forward to every year. Tessie's is fantastic and it is always clean, bright and regularly updated. Like a home away from home and the four legged babies are well catered for. The hosts are absolutely lovely and nothing is a bother. Looking forward to many more trips and stays at Tessie's.

Beautiful home shared by my Sisters and I for a weekend getaway. Full amenities/self contained, plenty of space and within walking distance to the lovely town of Bright. It's pet friendly as well and a welcome pack for you and your pooch awaits your arrival
