Absolutely loving the Mums and Bubs class with Kira-Leigh. After having a c-section my core muscles have felt nonexistent but with the exercises that Kira-Leigh recommends, my core is getting stronger and I’m feeling more stable in my movements.

I love my weekly pilates sessions at Body Form. Kira-Leigh and her team of instructors are all friendly and professional. You never get bored as you rotate through the different equipments and the exercises are always different. It’s a whole body workout that is individually adjusted if you have any pain or injuries. You are the right amount of sore for the next couple of days that tells you you are getting stronger with each session. I just wish I could do more!

The mums and bubs class program has been so rewarding. Not only is it nice to be able to bring bub without guilt, but Kira-Leigh’s knowledgeable background and experience insures an effective workout. After 2 pregnancies, breast feeding, carrying a toddler and just life, my body has learned some bad habits along with pain and it’s nice to be proactive on ways to do reverse. Thank you. Regular participation in Kira-Lee’s semi private classes is turning my life around! Since she’s a physiotherapist, she’s conducted a detailed review of all my muscles and functioning and tailors each session towards my specific needs. Kira Leigh and her semi private lessons have been a really positive addition to my exercise regime. I noticed a big improvement in my back and hip pain almost from the first session. Kira Leigh was able to specifically identify and customise my program to my pain problems and I love coming to sessions because I feel so good doing them. The flexibility of times and easy booking app make planning my sessions easy and I can suit whatever my weekly schedule may be. The studio is spotless and well kept, its a joy to come into even on cold winter mornings! I didn’t expect to like the sessions so much or feel such an improvement but I’m delighted and now hooked on Body Form Pilates!
