I received my Coles delivery today & the driver Bradley (#27417) was such a great driver. He was polite & helpful when he saw I was holding my dog he placed my bags where I could easily grab them.He was friendly yet professional & also delivery was fast, that's always fantastic.I will say an issue (that was hopefully resolved when I rung just now) was when I went to rate him after the delivery I selected 5 stars & gave details why, But when I clicked *submit* as it was loading I saw instead of the 5 starI selected it was a 1 star instead!I straight away rung up so they could please fix it as Bradley definitely deserves 5, they helped me & explained they sadly can't change it but they can delete it & just sent him the positive feedback (which I hope they do).Overall Bradley was fantastic & customer service when I rung up was great & helpful too.

The one star I for the fact that the driver picked up the food from Woolies. However despite our house being very clearly marked they managed to deliver the food to another house. When I told them their only response was “sorry the driver can’t go back for personal reasons”. Sorry Woolies but I won’t order from you until you stop using this delivery company.

1 star is only going to the courier driver that actually went to get my package and deliver it from EB Games. I live less than 5 mins away from where it is located. It almost 3 hours to get delivered. I went on the website to get some help if anything, it said they would take, “less than 2 minutes to reply back,” they did not reply at all for 30 mins. Would not recommend this company for any deliveries in the future. Disgusting customer service and utterly disappointing delivery drivers.

Most useless company I've ever had to deal with in my entire life. I had a same day delivery from EB Games which I needed as a birthday present, which I was told was a priority, and then in the next sentence told that another order was going to be picked up and delivered before mine???? The delivery was scheduled to about 5 different drivers who all never bothered to get to the store. The following day, after calling, I was told that delivery would be scheduled for 1pm which was all well and good, apart from the fact I paid and needed the package the day before. A driver then calls me to inform me that the store I ordered from no longer exists, even though I called them the day before to make the order and it was there awaiting collection. This business and everyone in it is incompetent in every sense of the word.

Woolworths order does not get delivered for ridiculous reasons. The deliverer refused to come to my floor when I can't go down. The reason was that it had some heavy items such as water. Then they should use a trolley! or let someone else who can deliver these items delivered. The delivery is meant to be door-to-door. Woolworths confirmed that it is door-to-door services as far as it is accessible for the deliverer. Not only that, the deliverer lied in the reason for not delivering saying 'Customer is not available address details are not sufficient. She rang my door and I answered lol. I complained to Woolworths. Other reviews confirm that the delivery experiences of other people, in general, are quite bad.

I feel like this rating is way more than you deserve Yello. Apparently your driver “attempted delivery “ I am at home. I am a meter away from my front door. I’ve called the store and you haven’t even picked the order up yet. Lies and bad service, no thank you.

Dont know why woolies decided to partner with this company. Worst service ever ! Didn't even bother to attempt the delivery and yet put on their app tracker delivery attempted. As a result, i've decided to also cut my subscription with woolies due to their poor choices in partnership.

Changing my review to 5 star only because of Aishaant who came to redeliver a missed delivery earlier for which I gave 1 star . Aishaant was polite and so understanding. Also apologised knowing that I have been waiting for almost 4 hours . Not forgeting that he already finished work when he came over to deliver. Thanks again for your dedicated serviceEarlier review : Disappointing- don’t understand why Woolworths utilises this company .

Appalling service and I can’t believe Woolies continues to use these drivers. Both times my order has gone straight back to the store; the drivers don’t even bother to get out of the car or call you.
