Service is appalling and confused. Staff said they’d come get our order, never came When I went to order was told there is no table service for ordering. Butter for toast was almost frozen. Serve sizing inconsistent with one slice toast one plate and two the other. Latte was cold and chai arrived almost at end of meal. Won’t return

Visited with family for the 1st time today for my birthday lunch.Soy chai latte was on point & we were all very impressed with our meals ~ delicious, fresh & well priced!Extra points for being open on a public holiday.We will definitely return ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is good, the atmosphere is nice.....but the staff need training. I mean I had to repeat myself three times, all I wanted was a smoothie from the menu.I think your staff will be edit from shopping competitors who do a great job, take some tips from them, and offer a similar service. You have lots of potential, just need some customer service training.Staff was friendly, they just didn't guide us in whatto expect for example. Table service, or order at the counter. Etc.

Great café for coffee or lunch with a mix of vegetarian and non-veg meals, and excellent coffee’s. Great hospitality and energy from the hosts, right near the roundabout. Generous personal and caring service. Recommended.

Staff were very friendly. Prepped the table and a high chair for 3 adults and 2 kids without fuss; attentive to our needs for extra plates/cutlery without asking.Food was good. Had the Prime grass-fed half-pound beef burger - the beef patty was juicy and flavourful, covered in a generous layer of cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato. They ran out of the normal burger bun that day but they more than made up for it by giving me 2 slider-sized burgers.I'll be back for more.

I was going to give 5 stars for the 2 other times I have visited but this time deserved 3 stars at most. Service wasn't friendly and slow and we had to ask for cutlery and salt and pepper. Food was cold and undercooked fritters. Salad had 3 tiny pieces of cauliflower.Hopefully they return to their former glory

A group of us had lunch here today - the food was delicious - I had the BLAT (bacon, lettuce, avocado and tomato) which was yummy.The staff were very welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. A great way to enjoy this beautiful spot by the river.

KOKOMO does a special friday-only burgers that I can confidently say are the best burgers I've ever had - definitely the best in the area! Thank you very much for providing a wonderful takeaway brunch for only $15 each ! The side of chips was also very generous
