Just went in after trying to email and call To order a cool deck pergola. The lady I spoke to wasn’t interested in making a sale at all and told me I have to do the work out the part list if I want to order it service nonexistent

Very poor customer service! I went in with my quote ! And wanted to place my order and pay for a patio and a carport as well as a small shed And was told I can’t use the quote in store and go home to order it online! WAST OF TIME STATCO good way to loose sales !

Called for a quote of a custom sized garden shed. 1.6x1.95x4.5Was told it was too small" to be considered as there "isn't enough profit in it" to make it worthwhile.Two quotes from interstate and delivered. Was clearly worth their time.I recommend dealing with "steel chief" online. Far better service

A huge thanks to Jason and the team that help me with an 'out of the square' carport solution for our new 22ft caravan. All the required items were delivered to location with minimum of fuss. The kit came with colour matched fixings and caps so the end product looks fantastic and complements the existing home. I'll certainly be calling upon their services again for an upcoming entertaining patio.

Great quality products and amazing service. The team at Fyshwick store were so helpful with the planning and customisation of the carport till the very end of the project! For anyone needing heritage sympathetic carports - definitely check out their range.I would highly recommend.
