Had some hot chips, store and cooking area was very clean, great customer service. Chips were hot and perfectly salted. Despite busy lunch peak food came out quickly.

When you pay $40 for a joke in a box. Is this meant to be gourmet? Because it sure didn’t taste like it. Asked for extra chicken salt and only the potato cakes were coated in them. Didn’t change the fact that they tasted like cardboard. Pack only came with 1 fish and we paid $8 for another fish and we still weren’t full. Not sure why everyone else’s fish came in 1 piece, ours came in 3. Am I meant to be playing puzzles with my lunch? Chips at the bottom of the box; there were so few I could count them on both my hands. Meanwhile my friends who paid $5 for minimum chips had more food than what we did for $40.Honestly not even worth one star, wish I could give it 0!

At first look my fish and chips looked good but…. Everything was over cooked so the Fish was dry like a bone, tasteless and the chips were rock hard. $17.50 for that standard is a real joke.They serve the fish of the day and you would expect a fresh fish but what I had looked and smelled like a mackerel. Come on you don’t charge that much just to eat a frozen mackerel…I had chicken salt on top of my chips and it’s like a tiny sprinkle so the chips even they were hard and dry were tasteless. I didn’t eat all the food. One of the worse fish and chips I ever heard at an outrageous price.The lady at the counter need some training as the way she speak at people seems very cold and not appealing to customers.

They were out of hot potato fries/chips - so we had sweet potato ones ..... these were oh so good ..... I totally recommend them. Prices were on high side. Had outdoor seating. The line-up to order was long but it wasn't long till we had our food.

No to disorganized and bad services.I don't think they even have a manager to monitor the services.We stand in line and wait to get the order, then she said we closed the smoothie and milkshake because only 4 people standing in the food line.We said we can wait, but she made another excuse.If any section is closed then How Hard is that to put up a sign and let people know.The quality of the food for lunch was 1 of 10.Never ever will walk there and we don't suggest this location to any friends or anybody.What A Wasted of Money and also time

Worst fish and chips we have ever had....When placing our order i asked if they did gluten free fish and chips...was rudely told We are a fish and chips shop..we don't do gluten free"We payed $36 for a hamburger that was very oily...chips that were pre cooked and full of oil.I stood there to watch them cook the burger and to my surprise everything was pre cooked and put on the grill to re heat...AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!There are better places to eat and possibly cheaper as well..."

Terrible fish and chips.All frozen pre done productStaff could not raise a smile and the best thing they did was close early to avoid others getting the expensive dross they churn up.At least the view down here is beautiful .Simple fix:Charge more , serve local and fresh and with a smile and you will have a queue out the door .

Had an amazing Burger here. The place was packed which is usually a good sign. Thought we’d be waiting ages but they were quick and friendly. The burger was next level great!!!

Ordered the family pack and they had no fries so offered alternate potato scalps. I also ordered an extra fish and 2 flatheads. For 60$ the quantity was disappointing and only gave 3 potato scallops. The servings was like an appetizer. Max food worth was around 35max honestly.

We stopped in this area during a popular tour. This area had a few restaurants and a grocery store. We randomly picked this place as it was nearby and the line was not too long (yet). This is one of the best fish and chips I've ever had. We had the combination of fish, chips, scallops, shrimp, and squid. Everything was flavorful and fun to eat. The batter was thin and light, but crispy! Perfect combination of texture and flavor. Great find and buy their sauces for dipping!
