Can you please do something about all that styrofoam that is lying around in Bloomdale? It is incredibly bad for the Australian environment and it looks horrible. You construct a whole new suburb and trying to market it as a great living area but in the meantime the construction industry is completely polluting it. There are large chunks lying around Silk Drive, disgusting. I am a litter picker and you have no idea how much styrofoam (from the construction industry) I pick up from river (shores) and in parks…

Bloomdale is an Amazing estate to live inn no wonder its sold out now . There is Town centre planned within the estate . So many Gorgeous parks , super easy access to city and Diggers rest Train station. Recently moved inn and loving it

Absolutely love living in bloomdale the area is great nice parks and walk areas. It's so peaceful around here so happy we moved to the area

This is a wonderful exercise park for young & old. Rowing machine, stepper, balance beams, lap pull downs, rope climbing equipment for younger children, a large slide & swings. Under cover sit down area for lunch, however no barbecue facilities or toilets. Unfortunately a big let down if you want to have a function here for a birthday or just a get together , it's virtually impossible without toilet facilities.The other Bloomdale park off Houdini Drive is fairly good also .A large spider web rope swing for young & old, single swings, climbing ropes equipment, monkey bars for taller children ,& a large slide. Barbeque & undercover area available, but once again Melton council has not supplied toilets.

i recently visited the office and found the customer service to be excellent

Went to the office. The customer service was very bad. The representative wasn't interested in doing her job. She didn't take any interest in explaining about the project. She told us to check the website.Thanks not buying there.

Bloomdale is a great estate with a great community. There are numerous parks including a dog park, walking tracks, medical center, primary school, train station and much more in the area. It is also very close to the Caler Freeway which is extremely convenient. AVID is the most transparent developer with all past and present land information available on their website, they are quick to answer any queries no matter how small!
