Q Nails-Waxing

Went here for the first time last Saturday after hearing good things from a friend.The girl who did my nails seemed so rude. I made my appointment with them over the phone days in advance. When I got there, I was rushed. But she was incredibly rough to my nails and I had to tell her she was hurting me a couple of times. When I did speak up she paused and seemed annoyed, and didn’t actually respond or look at me, and then continued what she was doing but a little softer. They were cut so far back a few are almost to the quick, and they’re actually sore today from her filing the skin and soft part under the nail.Adding to this, once they rushed me to finish my nails. I went to the accounted to made the payment and I was told to take money out of their own atm inside the shop. Which I found really odd. I told them that I did not have my card and therefore I will prefer to pay by eftpos tapping via my phone and they told me that they only do cash. Then the lady told me ti transfer money to her account, which I found it really weird. I transferred to the account I was given. On the same 3 of the nails started coming off.Only after few hours.I tried to contact them once but I could not get a hold of.Then today I received a call from someone in the salon telling me they still haven’t received the payment.(which led me to post a review)Really disappointed with the whole experience and how they damaged my nails.It looks like based on their reviews I’m not the only or first customer who has complained about their services.They haven’t even apologised for damaging my nails and expecting to don’t ask for a refund even after I told themin multiple times that I do not satisfied with their service and not feel confortable to go back to their salon and do my nails with them.

I visited this place today based on reviews and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Upon choosing a design based on their nail templates I had two in mind and the lady helping me told me they would both cost $65. However, halfway through doing my nails they swapped staff and this new lady which I assume is the owner was quite aggressive and told me that the price is not $65 and is now $75 because the design requires two colors. So I had to change my nail design for something that was $65 as it was quite expensive already as they don't include manicure. The new lady then proceeded to do my nails without even knowing or asking what shape I wanted. When two new customers came in her focus was on them while shaping my nails and the result is no where near the shape I originally wanted. She did not speak to me at all the entire time. Before I knew it she said it was all done and quickly helped the new customers. From my experience the customer service is not good. Very unprofessional.

Horrible service .WASTE OF MONEYShe burned my finger taking off the polish with the machine .The quality of the powder (SNS) is soooo bad that the color is not even . And also it is not similar to the color that I choose .Y was so unhappy that I had to fight for a discount which They should had offered to me because I said to them since the beginning the color was nos staying even .She wanted to charge me $50 for a really poor service and bad actitud . Finally I insisted to pay $40, which I think is even expensive for what it is .They basically said that was my fault for choosing that color .She didn’t put cream in my hands.I am so disappointed .I hope you don’t go there.

I really wanted to like my nails but unfortunately can’t. I had acrylic with tips done. The finish and colour is fine. However it became increasingly obvious that some of my nails were pointing backwards and were not straight and flush with my nail bed. I have had my nails done so, so many times and this has never happened before.I went back and asked if they could fix it but was told that it was just my nail and that it couldn’t be fixed. This is simply not true as it can definitely be amended with reapplication and technique. For $70, I’m really disappointed that they wouldn’t even try considering how obvious it is. Sad.

They were very friendly and nice. But my fingers are completely ruined after having acrylic nail extensions. My nails all broke under neath due to being filed down too thinly in the store which did hurt at the time. My fingers now have multiple ingrown nails because i had to peel back all my nails past the nail bed. This has never happened to me before and I always get acrylic nails. The nails also would not come off and caused so much pain. Once they finally came off, my fingers are now in so much pain and trying to heal but all my nails, nail bed and cuticles are totally ruined and so damaged.

The problem when getting your nails with SNS is you get that person who ruins your nails as they file the nails to a thin waiff. Then you have to do normal nail polish and you get the learner who doesn't know the difference between square and round and doesn't understand when they are uneven so you give up because your paying for her to practice on your nails because apparently it's easy to do a simple manicure. It's not. I'll pay more for a good dam Mani. She barely took off any if the dead skin and that was the reason I came in, I requested that and she ignored me. Lots to work on if you are going to charge paying customers to practice. I have to correct them when I get home. Waste of my time. Not recommended. I asked for round, see the pic

Super disappointing- Tried two colors (sns) and both were very different from samples.- Cash only (they have an ATM inside the shop, got charged 5$ fee)

Lovely gem of Windsor, this space is very clean and tidy, everything it’s in order and the staff is very friendly. They do all sorts of services from mani pedi to waxing and spray tans

Worst experience ive had yet in a nail salon, dont enjoy giving 1 star reviews to a small business but they are very rude, they didn’t realise I spoke the same language as them. I highly recommend Le Chiq on malvern rd, such sweethearts and they are all perfectionists
