Stef is absolutely amazing! She is professional, highly skilled and extremely warm and friendly. She produces a wide range of classes and caters to all fitness levels. Every week I get excited to see what classes she is going to do! I highly recommend Stef and her studio.

Workin' With Stef
Joined this group during Covid and have continued to use this platform for majority of my fitness. A great mix of exercises for every fitness level. Highly motivating and easy to follow.

Workin' With Stef
I've been using Workin' with Stef online since January. Stef and her partner Cam have produced great content coving Tabata, HIIT, Pilates and Yoga. As someone who was coming back into exercising after a break it's been really energising and exciting to do this and to have a sense of community during the lockdowns.

Workin' With Stef
If you want high quality, diverse, fun (and challenging) workouts from home look no further. I found Workin with Stef during lockdown and to be honest didn't think I would be the type of person that enjoyed working out from home but Stef has taken online workouts to the next level. She teaches a wide variety of classes so there is something for literally everyone. She offers modifications so it doesn't matter what your fitness level is and she has the most infectiously bubbly personality. Plus it is so affordable. Cannot recommend this highly enough.
