He gave us one of the biggest blocks in the Somerdale Heights estate for a price we couldn’t believe. It was more than $60000 less than the market valuation then. Then helped me to find one of the most reputable building companies, and they built my property within five months' time. We are living in NSW and we only saw the property once it was built because, during the building journey, Kevin was providing support by sending photos of each stage. Kevin was great. He helped us find and purchase our house. Everything was perfect and went smoothly to settlement and past settlement. He is professional in a good way. He was helpful in getting issues resolved very quickly, and organising the appropriate people together, and his responsiveness is great. I dealt with Matthew, after getting the total runaround from Kim at Newhouseandlandstudio, matt was a pleasure to deal with, always replied to my emails and questions, took a plan i liked and customized it further to what i was really looking for.Arranged the Builders and everything, yes took some time but hey we are in COVID territory so thats to be expected.Cant recommend Matthew and his team enough, you wont go wrong by choosing them i promise.
