Shoddy lounges at expensive prices. Unscrupulous owners..$1K lounge fell apart after six months. 4 repairs later and Think Lounges now wants nothing to do with me seeing as the warranty period is over!!I am now in constant back pain from sitting on their “lounge” and will be pursuing legal action. (Think Lawsuits)

We ordered a Wembley 3.5 seater with chaise. It looked good but the seats were very soft and uncomfortable and caused me backpain. I contacted Think Lounges and was told there was no firmer seat option. They were not willing to help us achieve a satisfactory outcome and told me to find a local upholsterer to get firmer seat cushions. We found a local supplier of foam inserts who, for $400, made us replacements in an afternoon. Their report on the foam used by Think Lounges is that it is very low quality.I could have bought a similar couch with comfortable seating locally for less and without the hassle.
