Highly recommend Casphone Bluewater Square.I unfortunately dropped a Microsoft Surface Pro, and the screen was smashed. Other companies were quoting $450, $500 or more to fix, as well as whinging about the complexities and difficulties of such a screen replacement.Casphone did it for $300, were confident in their process and customer service was great throughout the process.

Thought I lost all my pics of my beloved pooch who recently passed away, but Israel did exactly what he said he would do & recovered them all. It even took him longer but he still kept with the quoted price. Absolute legend. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Thanks again.

AVOID THESE PEOPLEMy cousin has been ripped off $300 by these people. Didn't fix her computer twice. Refused to refund. Then he was extremely rude to my elderly aunt when she tried to explain consumer laws and the fact their own website states a full refund for unsatisfactory work. Avoid these people.

Charged me 400 dollars to fix a 600 dollar phone and it was only the screen, then a week later the screen went black. He told me the wire must have come off but it would cost another 70 dollars to reconnect the LCD. It's the same manager that has other stores around Redcliffe and Kippa ring, avoid them.

Terrible service! Spoke with boss before coming down, he was really helpful. When i informed the employee about my problem with the earphone jack in my s5 he said I'll take a look at it told me to come back in 15mins, i waited 30mins after watching him which he never picked up the phone off the bench then tells me when i picked it up that i need a full repair on it, when i explained that his boss said have a look at first & blow some air in it to see if there's anything obstructing it inside. Which i was happy to pay for, i have no problems in paying for a repair that it may need but a least look at first like we discussed when i handed to him. Small businesses rely on customer service for repeat business & good word of mouth to promote. I rang the boss straight after to tell what happened he was sincere but doesn't change the fact that ur employee doesn't look for the best interest of ur business. Goodluck with ur employee the repair will be going to someone else in the area that actually caters for customers needs. $$ u missed out on & a bad review for the service.

Casphone is a rip off and a scam… they will break your phone and not warrant any of it

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. DONT RISK IT.I give the business ZERO stars. I took my iPhone 6 to have the screen fixed when I took it there the screen was slightly cracked and working perfectly, got it fixed next day the phone completely stopped working I took it back and they said it wasn’t there fault and refused to refund me. I took it to another shop and they said all the screws from inside the phone were not in there and that’s why my phone had failed.Service was terrible the boss just kept abusing me and the staff were just as bad. Never go there it’s a complete rip off.

WRECKED MY PHONE!! Do not do it.. in 24 hours i had to take my phone back to be repaired twice... Even the second time it was not repaired and had to take it back a third time in Cairns. Then I am told that because it has been opened up so many times there is damage to the mother board Guess what! I was told read the sign"... that is what happens when you open a phone up. So bad! NEVER USE CASPHONES their head office does not want to know you if damage is done..."
