I cannot possibly talk high enough of Phil. His expertise is exceeded only by his willingness to help with honest, expert, and down-to-earth advice. I was in a bit of a pickle with little knowledge of how to proceed; Phil walked me through the entire process of council regulations of the new and existing structures, and build options.He went off and did his own checks that could have been easily left to me to pursue.I'd recommend him to anyone.
