I have attended this pharmacy on several occasions. I have found that certain female sales assistants feel the right to give false personal opinions on serious health matters, not to mention their utterly rude attitudes towards customers. I will not be recommending this particular pharmacy to anyone and suggest all others look elsewhere for their medical needs.

Terrible service. Female chemist doest not pay attention when filling scripts for people, be warned. Certain sales assistants are completely unprofessional & approach cuatomers in a childish manner. Managers need to look at training their staff based on the 'customer is right' motto because they certainly aren't! Disgusting.

Manningham Pharmacy is located in the Manningham Medical Centre facilty. Needed to go there early in the morning one day, and found them open as per schedule. Friendly and helpful pharmacist made my task easy and quick.

Ive just moved to the area and found these guys to be very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service from all who work there. Ive never been left waiting to be served. And they are efficient when it comes to processing scripts. Thank you.

To the sales assistant that completely devalued my diagnosis and pain when my mother answered the question about why I took a specific medication, only provided one of many diagnoses, and the sales assistant responded with ‘there are worse things in the world’ - shame on you. Shame on you for showing a complete lack of compassion, utter disrespect and ignorance to a mother and her suffering daughter. My message to you is to BE KIND. You have absolutely no idea what someone is going through and do not dare discredit or attempt to lower what they tell you because that may only be the tip of an iceberg that goes deep into water. Customer service is not for you.

I’ve been here many times to pick up prescriptions. The managing pharmacist Daniel is a very nice, professional man. All the pharmacists are very knowledgeable and highly trained. There is one that can sometimes be rude (and I can’t remember her name). The other staff there are lovely. The prices of non-PBS drugs and other items like vitamins are higher than places like Chemist Warehouse, but that is expected as Manningham Pharmacy only has 3 stores compared to that corporate store. I have stopped going to this specific pharmacy as I have moved away. Definitely recommended though. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES!

A chemist my relatives have used for years, unfortunately would not recommend going here based off a sales assistance response to a diagnosis my relative has. Claiming it is not “that bad” to have an incurable disease that affects every aspect of someone’s life. I would recommend this chemist to educate their staff on human decency, some respect & knowledge on illnesses that they’re meant to help people survive with every day
