For years now I’ve been using these guys and Steven in particular. I can’t be more happy with the overall service I’ve received. As a property buyer, seller and Landlord, I’ve relied on them to make things run smoothly. And thats really the key. Horror stories are experienced by many when you don’t get proper care from your agent, but not here. This team has walked me through everything I’ve ever needed without any dramas.I knew from the first time I met Steve (as a buyer) I knew I wanted him and his team looking after everything property related.

Intent to sell was served, 2 months after we renewed our lease. Was told a photographer would come Friday. told them wasn't a good time. Mother literally died. Called from the funeral, and asked Julia to postpone it. Was told she would postpone it. Friday comes around, they send photographer anyway. Refused entry as house was a mess, had issues with break-ins in the area and didn't want photos of our belongings online. Was then served notice of breach. Used notice of breach as leverage to convince us to move out.Had lived in 2 other properties that was sold, no issues. This real estate agency is rubbish.Avoid if you're a tenant, good if you're an owner because they have a bunch of shady practices to leverage things in your favour.

Our experience with First National Infinity has truly been exceptional. The team at First National listens to the tenants and ensures that they go over and beyond expectations at times.
