Waited for more than one hour for my niece's appointment (like my time was not valuable too) and Tatiana was very rude saying bad things about her previous dentist AND also her doctor - disrespectful behaviour.Now they reply my review: their excuse is COVID situation for the delay - Queensland does not have covid for a long time! This is not an acceptable reason, and emergencies? Queensland is not operating under emergencies for dental for a long time now. Of course I am staying safe as we don't have cases here. She could explain what she saw in her mouth not saying bad things about other doctors as this was very unprofessional ethics.

Our family is delighted with the results where Tatiana was able to correct our childrens teeth without any teeth removal, at a much smaller price than we had been quoted and in only a few months rather than years and months. Totally recommend Tatiana and Face Braces to anyone looking for braces for their children. Lovely modern practice, friendly and professional staff.
