Superior car wash

I was told to pick my car up after 8/2 hours and the entire interior was still saturated with water to the point of it made it hard to drive, from my experience and the end resultDo not waste your money, first and last time I'll never use this service

No one made contact to book so did not go

I bring a car today and they did a really good job definitely come back

I had a booking at 2pm which I received late because it was sent to my email rather than messaging! I went there at 2:30 and was told that I was late and couldn't be served straight away and that I have to leave my car there to be washed later. I was told to come back at 6pm and the car would be ready. I had to take a taxi back home and return at 6 with another taxi where I found my car not being washed and was asked to come back the next day because they didn't have time to do it!!!!

Not very happy with my first car wash here today. Just got the basic wash for $25 but the car doesn’t look like it’s been washed some panels are still covered in marks which I can get off with my fingernail. Wish they would have explained their services to me so that my car could have gotten a decent wash and actually look like it’s been washed.

Superior car wash should be renamed .. .”INFERIOR CAR WASH”.Extremely disappointed with a very poor quality job. Car was supposed to be finished in two & quarter hours - it took over two & a half hours. It would have taken longer if I hadn’t dried the inside of the doors, windows & other areas myself. When I pointed out marks that had not been cleaned off, I was told they were in the paint??? The interior was cleaned well except for one area of floor I cleaned myself. The operator realised I was unhappy with the job & refused to give me my keys until I had paid the full $300. The job was worth $100 at a push!!!

$150 to have an already quite clean small Hyundai cleaned & vacuumed. Was happy to leave it longer but they said collect it in 2 hours.Came back, nobody was there to talk to so I walked about the area for a bit until I spotted a guy sitting on a seat nearby looking at his phone. I asked if he worked there, and he begrudgingly went to get my keys. He would have seen me looking around and waiting but couldn’t be arsed to say something: I was merely an inconvenience interrupting his social media.The job was ok, but dirty water was pooled inside the door wells and my dashcam had been dislodged and left to hang loose by its cable. It looked rushed and without care, much like the service.Guess I’ll go back to Pete’s car wash (or whatever they’re calling it now).

I dropped my car there at 8:30am in the morning and was happy to leave it all day for them to do a good job so organised for a 4pm pick up. Arrived at 4pm and car was not finished. They were hosing the mats down and put them in the car soaking wet. I stayed there for 20 min looking over the car for all the marks but after pulling the car in the light the car looked horrible. What a waste of $180. I would not recommend any one at all to try there service.

Car did look very clean and waxed.However there were new scratches as though it had been driven too close to something. The floor mats had not been replaced and I had to return to request them to find them on the ground.Closer inspection revealed not only had new scratches been added but the car was still dirty in places. Not worth the $ spent on a total clean, wax and detail.

Excellent level of service and detailing from superior Car Wash. Can’t thank Freshy enough for his friendly service and professionalism. The 4x4 came up like brand new. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation.
